Trademark Class 30 includes coffee, tea, cocoa and coffee substitutes; rice; edible starches and sago; flour and cereal products; breads, pastries and confectionery; edible ice; sugar, honey, syrups; fresh yeasts, baking-powders; salt; mustards; vinegars, sauces (condiments); spices; ice (frozen water). This class includes mainly foodstuffs from within plants for daily use or storage, and condiments for flavoring. It includes, in particular: beverages containing coffee, cocoa or coleus; grains for human consumption (e.g. oatmeal or other cereals). Excluded in particular are: certain plant foods (consult the alphabetical list of categories); non-edible preserved salts (Class I); medicinal teas and medical nutritional products (Class V); baby food (Class V); unprocessed cereals (Class XXXI); animal feed (Class XXXI).
Legal Objective:Article 4 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law Article 6 of the Trademark Law refers to the goods for which the state requires the use of registered trademarks, which refers to the goods for which registered trademarks must be used as stipulated by the laws and administrative regulations.
