I. Objects of Consumption Coupon Application

The first tranche: housing floor area ≥ 100_, from May 30, 2022, 0:00:00, to June 29, 2022, 19:13:20 period, through the Jiangmen City, real estate transactions integrated management information system for contract net signing of the new commodity housing counterpart of the home buyer.

The second tranche: for a house with a floor area of 100_, during the period from 0:00:00 on May 30, 2022, to 12:33:13 on July 1, 2022, the corresponding purchasers of newly-built commodity housing who have handled the contract net signing through Jiangmen City's transaction system.

Two, the composition of consumption vouchers

The first tranche: housing floor area ≥ 100_, the issuance of consumer voucher packages valued at 5,000 yuan, each voucher contains 23 consumer vouchers. The specific composition is as follows:

The second tranche: housing construction area of 100_, the issuance of consumption coupon packages valued at 3,000 yuan, each coupon contains 16 consumption coupons. The specific composition is as follows:

Third, consumer coupon application and issuance

Declaration of coupons. After receiving the SMS notification from the "Yijiu Tesco" applet, the purchaser shall log in to the "Yijiu Tesco" applet during the period from 12:00 July 12, 2022 to 23:59:59 July 26, 2022, click on the entrance of the purchaser's declaration, confirm the terms and conditions of the application for consumption vouchers, and fill in the following form. Confirm the terms and conditions of applying for the vouchers, fill in the relevant information, take photos and upload relevant documents, and then submit to complete the declaration procedure. You can view the list of people who have been announced in the "Yijiu Leshou" app.

If you have already declared, but cancel the contract before the contract for new commercial housing that meets the declaration conditions reaches the required number of units, or if you do not apply for the contract after the deadline, you are considered to have voluntarily given up the application.

Audit and publicity. After the deadline for declaration, Jiangmen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of housing buyers to declare information for review, the results of the review in the Jiangmen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of official website, WeChat public number and "Yijiu Leshuo" small program publicity, publicity period of 5 days. If objections are received during the publicity period, they will be verified and dealt with by the Jiangmen Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.

Voucher use. After the results of the public announcement are passed, the vouchers will be issued in the form of voucher packages to homebuyers. Homebuyers can be automatically canceled when making consumption use. The effective use date of the vouchers are all up to 23:59:59 on September 30, 2022.

Fourth, the scope of application of the vouchers

The vouchers are only applicable to the offline consumption of brick-and-mortar stores where the transaction takes place in the administrative area of Jiangmen City.

Each transaction is limited to the use of a consumption coupon, consumption coupons can be stacked on the basis of other preferential activities in the merchant. The vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be ****enjoyed. The vouchers are valid until September 30, 2022 at 23:59:59, and any unused vouchers will be automatically withdrawn by the system at the end of the validity period. Among them:

Subsidized amount of more than 100 yuan consumption coupons, applicable to Jiangmen City administrative area of the registration to participate in the activities of the merchant entity stores and production enterprises. The main scope of the industry: building materials, furniture, home furnishings, home appliances, home furnishings, home textiles, household goods industry.

Subsidized amount of less than 100 yuan consumption vouchers for law-abiding merchants' physical stores within the administrative area of Jiangmen City for the unified registration of market entities, which can support WeChat and other online payments. The main scope of the industry: hotels, lodging, scenic spots, catering industry.

V. Cancellation of contracts and liability for breach of contract

Consumption vouchers issued after the cancellation of the contract network signing, should be canceled before the contract in the same amount returned to have been used or have received the vouchers, unused vouchers expire automatically invalid.

Cancellation process. The purchaser who has received the consumption coupons, if the corresponding purchase contract is canceled before 23:59:59 on September 30, 2022, undertakes to return the total amount of the received consumption coupons to the designated account of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Jiangmen Municipality before the cancellation of the contract, and the refund will be handled by the organizer in accordance with the relevant procedures according to the actual use of the consumption coupons by the purchaser after 23:59:59 on September 30, 2022 procedures.

If the purchasers who have received the vouchers cancel the corresponding purchase contracts after 23:59:59 on September 30, 2022, the subsidized funds used will be refunded to the above designated account of Jiangmen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau in accordance with the actual amount of the vouchers.

Related information on the returned amount is used as one of the materials for contract cancellation.

Responsibility for breach of contract. If the purchaser who has received the consumer vouchers fails to comply with the requirements of the activity, and cashes out the vouchers through fictitious consumption with the merchant, etc., the purchaser and the merchant will be disqualified from participating in the activity once it is verified, and the legal responsibility of the merchant and the purchaser who participated in the cashing out will be retained in accordance with the law.
