At present, the epidemic situation in COVID-19 abroad continues to be high, and local epidemics have been distributed in many places in China. New Year's Day and Spring Festival are approaching, people are moving frequently, and the risk of epidemic spread is further increased. In order to effectively prevent and control the epidemic situation during the "two festivals" in our city, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Reduce the flow of personnel and reduce the risk of infection. Advocate local festivals, advocate online New Year greetings, reduce the flow of relatives and friends and personnel, and reduce the risk of epidemic spread. Don't go to the middle and high-risk areas and counties, and don't go to other counties in the city where the middle and high-risk areas are located unless necessary. Employees in high-risk positions should try to avoid traveling, and people with fever and health code "yellow code" should not travel until the risk of infection is ruled out. If you really need to travel, you should strictly abide by the local epidemic prevention and control requirements, do a good job of self-protection throughout, and accurately record your personal activities.

Those who come from other places and return to the village should report to the destination in advance, and those who return from abroad should report 3 days in advance. If it is really necessary for the county personnel in the middle and high-risk areas to postpone coming to Jujube, they must be isolated for 7 days and monitored at home for 7 days after arrival; Personnel from other counties in the prefecture-level city where the medium and high-risk areas are located do not have to come to Jujube unless necessary. If it is really necessary to come to Jujube, they must hold a negative certificate of Covid-19 nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and conduct 1 nucleic acid tests after arrival; Personnel in high-risk positions outside the city should try their best to avoid coming to jujube. Those who really need to come to jujube must leave their jobs for more than 14 days and hold negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and report it 3 days in advance. All relevant units at all levels should strengthen the supervision and management of the above-mentioned key personnel, conduct in-depth and meticulous arrangement, and establish a ledger for outgoing and returning personnel, so as to ensure that no one is missed. The masses should actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control, actively provide relevant clues, and earnestly fulfill the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control.

Third, promote frugality and reduce gatherings and dinners. In accordance with the principle of not holding unless necessary, strictly control temple fairs, large-scale cultural performances, exhibitions and promotions, and reduce the scale and frequency of rural fairs. Try not to hold large-scale personnel gathering activities, and in principle, do not hold group worship, large-scale condolences, annual meetings and other activities. Advocating "delayed weddings, simple funerals, no banquets", with no more than 11 family dinners and gatherings, and individuals who hold dinners with more than 5 tables by themselves must report to their local villages, and catering units that undertake dinners with more than 5 tables must strictly do a good job in epidemic prevention and control. Strictly control the number of all kinds of conference activities and the size of participants, advocate holding online meetings or video conferences, formulate epidemic prevention and control plans and emergency response plans for activities with more than 51 people, and strictly implement various prevention and control measures and filing requirements.

fourth, highlight key links and weave a dense protection network. Traffic stations should strictly prevent and control the epidemic situation in Spring Festival travel rush, and tourist attractions, theaters, entertainment venues and other public venues should implement the requirements of "quota, appointment and peak shifting", do a good job in cleaning, disinfection and public sanitation, classify and formulate epidemic prevention and control plans and emergency response plans, and immediately report and dispose of those who find suspicious symptoms or those living in epidemic areas to minimize the risk of epidemic spread. When people go in and out of public places such as medical institutions, railway stations, supermarkets, farmers' markets, etc., they should wear masks correctly according to the requirements, observe the prevention and control requirements, and have symptoms such as fever and cough. They should consciously go to designated medical institutions for fever clinics, avoid taking public transportation, and truthfully report the relevant residence history and contact history.

5. Take the initiative to vaccinate and build an immune barrier. Vaccination with Covid-19 vaccine is the most effective means to fight the COVID-19 epidemic. The school-age people who have not been vaccinated, the people who have not completed the whole vaccination, and the people who have not been vaccinated at the expiration date should take the initiative to complete the vaccination as soon as possible to enhance the immune effect and reduce the risk of serious illness after infection.

6. Reject false information and consciously resist rumors. Pay close attention to the official authoritative information, spread the knowledge of disease prevention and control scientifically, do not believe in rumors, do not spread rumors, do not deliberately spread rumors, do not disclose citizens' personal information and patients' privacy, and earnestly safeguard social stability. It is strictly forbidden to publish false information. Those who deliberately fabricate rumors, divulge privacy, create panic, seriously disrupt social order, or violate epidemic prevention and control regulations and cause serious consequences will be seriously investigated for responsibility according to the law and regulations.
