1. Basic principles

Adhere to the principle of "territorial management, classified policies, strict audit, safety and order" and strictly organize off-campus training institutions to resume classes offline.

the existing off-campus training institutions of disciplines approved by the local education administrative department and registered by the civil affairs department can resume offline training after passing the inspection and acceptance of epidemic prevention and control and safety work.

Non-disciplinary off-campus training institutions managed by local science and technology, cultural tourism and sports departments, and registered by civil affairs or market supervision departments can resume offline training after passing the inspection and acceptance of epidemic prevention and control and safety work.
