The Spring Festival lasts for 3 days, and the legal holiday days are generally 11 days. There are three kinds of legal holidays in China, one is for all citizens, the other is for some citizens, and the other is for ethnic minorities. Article 2 Holidays for all citizens in the National Holidays and Remembrance Days: (1) New Year, with a holiday of 1 days (October 1); (two) the Spring Festival, a holiday of 3 days (the first day, the second day and the third day of the first lunar month); (3) Tomb-Sweeping Day, with a holiday of 1 days (on the Qingming Day of the Lunar New Year); (4) Labor Day, with a holiday of 1 days (May 1); (5) Dragon Boat Festival, with a holiday of 1 days (the day of the Dragon Boat Festival in the lunar calendar); (6) Mid-Autumn Festival, with a holiday of 1 days (the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival in the lunar calendar); (7) National Day, with a holiday of 3 days (1, 2 and 3 October).
