First, adjust and improve the minimum living standard for urban and rural residents.

The minimum living standard for urban and rural residents in this city is adjusted from 790 yuan per person per month to 880 yuan per person per month, and 90 yuan per person per month is increased by 1 1.39%.

The second is to adjust and improve the standard of regular quantitative subsidies for special relief objects.

1, severely disabled and unemployed people, social orphans and disabled children, triplets and judicial disabled people are adjusted from 1030 yuan per person per month to150 yuan, with an increase of 120 yuan per person per month.

2. Eight kinds of objects, such as scattered returned overseas Chinese, historical cases corrected and rehabilitated, increased by 150 yuan per person per month on the basis of the original standard, with a range of 370 yuan.

The third is to adjust and improve the standard of rural five guarantees.

The standard of daily living expenses for rural five-guarantee recipients in this city is adjusted from not less than 1030 yuan per person per month to not less than 1 150 yuan per person per month.

The fourth is to adjust and improve the income standard of low-income families applying for special assistance.

Among the criteria for determining the economic situation of low-income families applying for special assistance in this city, the income standard is adjusted to: the monthly per capita disposable income of urban and rural households is lower than 1760 yuan. Other standards are still implemented according to the existing relevant regulations.

Fifth, adjust and improve the income exemption standard for employed people in families applying for assistance.

The standard of income exemption for employed persons in families applying for assistance is raised from 835 yuan per person per month to 870 yuan per person per month. When the economic situation is determined, the income of employed people in families applying for social assistance shall be exempted according to this standard, and those who have the ability to work in families applying for social assistance shall be further encouraged to solve their own difficulties through labor.
