1.2 quality requirements

The floor should be installed flat, the uneven parts should be leveled with materials, and the locking hooks between plates should be locked to achieve a flat surface without hollowing. (Note that if this drainage system is installed outdoors in the north, the drainage pipe needs to be insulated).

2, vertical plate installation

2. 1 Select a corner according to the site conditions, and locate (i.e. lock the riser and floor) at this corner and extend to both sides. Only lock the vertical plate and the vertical plate, and locate when meeting the vertical angle. Put the beautiful board in a conspicuous place. When installed on the evaporator side, make a drain pipe in advance, and make a U-bend and silica gel outside the warehouse.

2.2 The conspicuous surface of the riser is flat, the water storage plate has no concave points, the top surface of the riser is flush, the gap between the riser and the riser is even, and the conspicuous vertical angle is flush with the floor angle.

3, ceiling installation

3. 1 First, select one end to locate the ceiling board and extend it, and lock it between the ceiling board and the ceiling board. During installation, it is obvious that one end of the ceiling board and the vertical board should be leveled and locked to prevent movement.

3.2 Beautiful ceiling boards should be selected in conspicuous places. The joint between the ceiling and the riser should be flush with a small gap, and the ceiling in the warehouse should be flat.

4. After the ceiling, floor and riser are generally installed, the ceiling and riser, riser and floor are locked flush and all hooks are locked.

5. When the library board needs to be flared, the flared part should be polished without burr. When the library board needs chamfering, silica gel should be used first, and then chamfered aluminum should be used to ensure sealing.

6. After the installation of the library, silica gel should be laid in time, and the joints of silica gel should be smooth. It is best to spread silica gel at the end of the day to prevent damage.
