Article 4.2.6 of the Code of Practice for Food Safety in Catering Services issued by the General Administration of Market Supervision in 2018 states the following:

4.2.6 The area for keeping and slaughtering animals, such as livestock and poultry, shall be located outside the catering service premises and shall be kept at an appropriate distance from the catering service premises.

According to the relevant regulations of our industry and commerce departments, the amount of punishment is generally around 1,000-5,000 yuan. Food service establishments are not allowed to keep poultry, livestock and other animals, consumers into the store if they meet with feeding dogs and cats, do not feel free to tease, in order to avoid injuries. If accidentally scratched, bitten, can be resolved through judicial channels. Raised animals caused damage to others, animal breeders or managers should bear the tort liability, but can prove that the damage is caused by the infringer intentionally or grossly negligent, can not bear or reduce the responsibility.
