1. People from overseas and domestic high-risk epidemic areas, COVID-19-infected people, suspected infected people, and those identified as close contacts or sub-close contacts do not report, conceal, lie about their illness, residence history, contact history, whereabouts and other epidemic-related information, and do not cooperate with follow-up, quarantine investigation, isolated observation, epidemiological investigation and other prevention and control measures, which hinders the epidemic prevention and control work;

Two, patients with or suspected of having novel coronavirus refused to accept isolation treatment or unauthorized treatment during the isolation period, resulting in a serious risk of novel coronavirus spread or spread;

Three, knowing that novel coronavirus has been infected or may be infected, deliberately entering public places, public transport or concealing the situation to contact others;

Four, the personnel who should carry out nucleic acid testing, refused to carry out nucleic acid testing, or disturbed the order of nucleic acid testing;

Six, in and out of stations, hospitals, shopping malls, scenic spots, Internet cafes, theaters and other crowded places, as well as key areas such as communities, enterprises and institutions that take closed management measures, do not wear masks as required and do not listen to dissuasion, and refuse to implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as personnel registration, identity verification, body temperature detection, health code inspection and vehicle inspection;

Seven, insult, insult, threat, injury to national staff, medical and health institutions and other community, security, property, volunteers and other prevention and control personnel engaged in epidemic prevention and control work;

Eight, in violation of traffic laws and regulations for epidemic prevention and control, do not listen to dissuasion, forcibly pass, rush into the warning tape and warning zones set up for epidemic prevention and control, or deliberately block road traffic, hinder the passage of police cars, ambulances, official vehicles, etc. to disrupt social order and traffic order;

Nine, the use of other people's health code, travel code or other means to conceal the itinerary, activity trajectory, to defraud the trust of relevant personnel, to visit, enter public places, resulting in the spread of novel coronavirus or a serious risk of spread;

14. During the period of prevention and control of sudden infectious diseases and other disasters, in violation of the provisions of the state on market operation and price management, malicious hoarding, price gouging and profiteering seriously disrupt the market order;

Epidemic prevention and control is the responsibility of the whole society. I hope that all sectors of society will maintain social order during the epidemic prevention and control period. Anyone who violates this notice and falls under the jurisdiction of other departments shall be handed over to other departments for legal treatment; If it constitutes an administrative violation, it shall be given administrative punishment according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
