Some of the production equipment can not run without the supply of compressed air, which requires the construction of a sizeable air compressor room outside the workshop, as a source of gas for the operation of power equipment. Gas room will be transported to the equipment is more than a hundred far by the pipeline to complete. Laying out the pipeline for the gas room is a heavy and arduous task, we have to set up four side-by-side pipelines at a height of three meters, after the bifurcation of the left and right, like capillaries crawling all over the walls of the workshop in the southeast, northwest and north-west, the required diameter of thirty-eight millimeters of seamless steel pipe more than one thousand four hundred and sixty meters, and more than one thousand and one hundred meters of diameter of 25 millimeters of the pipe required. We don't know much about air compressor equipment, but now we have to make a requisition list for the purchase of an air compressor. The purchase of air compressors need to be how large the size of the equipment, do not know in advance, only know that the purchase of the right air compressor is crucial, buy a small model of load can not afford the normal operation of production equipment; buy a large model and waste a larger number of funds. Industrial electricity delivered from the power supply, only terminated in the factory entrance transformer below the control box. Realize the transformer to the workshop of the power, we still have to go a long way. We based on the power of the power equipment, to determine the various types of cable and the amount of cable; based on the thickness of the cable to choose the right size of the cable bridge. Submitted to the cable procurement cycle is not long, but into the construction of a large amount of work, the transformer to the workshop switchboard bus more than 200 meters, the need to use polyethylene insulation three-core two hundred and forty-four square millimeters of cable. Workshop gate to the workshop's lead, using hard plastic copper cable, thickness includes all the "echelon" in the wire specifications: BV185, BV150, BV120 ...... more than one type of cable length of more than 10,000 meters. Blazing summer, color zinc tile roof, black tin wall, no exhaust facilities of the workshop, as if an airtight furnace, indoor ambient temperature is often above 40 ℃. The workshop has no electricity, in order to connect the line of temporary electricity, garage next to the parking there is a rotten electric box without a cover. We greeted the personnel on duty at the construction site, and after receiving the consent of the other party, the electrician found a few wires to connect to the computer office power and air compressor pipeline welding power problems have been solved in this way.
There is no water to wash hands in the factory and at the work site. We carried buckets of water to the next plant's pressurized well to get water, go more often, although the cooking aunt warmly greeted, but we feel embarrassed. Later, when we were looking for a new place to get water, we went to the river, which was two miles away, to fetch water. On the days when it rained a little to carry water, the road was full of mud, we stepped on the slippery road surface all the way around, and the water in the bucket was like a carp jumping through the dragon gate to rise up from the bound world, when we returned to the factory, only half a bucket of water remained in the bucket, and our shoes and pants were covered with mud and water intertwined with each other. Until two months later, we pumped water from the underground fire pool into the pool, water from the pool to temporarily solve the water problem.
Although the workshop has a bathroom, but because of the lack of water, a long time can not be used. Outside the factory more than three hundred meters of the roadside, there is a simple bathroom. The seven of us use this toilet like reliving the dream of our childhood toilet outhouse in the countryside, doing it from spring to summer and finally waking up in the fall. Since the workshop bathroom water, we have never been to the humble bathroom, and the cabin has become our most beautiful memories.
Next to the security room in the factory, three short houses were built, which became our temporary office. The next day, the painted walls are still wet, our office space from the housing moved to this short room.
