Service Description
01The park adopts a one-ticket system. Tickets include all water rides and shows (except for special events held during special times), but fees are required for in-park dining, shopping, and item rentals (see on-site announcements for details).
02Shanghai Maya Waterpark tickets can only be used once. If you need to re-enter the park after leaving the park, you must purchase it again.
According to the relevant regulations of the Shanghai Municipal Sports Bureau, visitors must have a health card to enter the park. Visitors can apply for the health card at the health card window outside the park (RMB 6 per card, including RMB 3.5 insurance fee). The health card is valid at all major swimming venues in the city.

VII. Professional Water Rescue Management
There are professionally trained lifeguards in the park, and there is a professional medical ambulance station at the Caribbean Beach, equipped with professional ambulance equipment and doctors on duty.

There are shade pavilions in many parts of the park for visitors to take a nap.
IX. Cold Mist Cooling System
Cold mist cooling system is provided in all main loops and queuing areas of the project to bring summer coolness to visitors.
X. Water Treatment
Shanghai Maya Beach Water Park adopts international advanced water treatment and filtration equipment, integrating green, ecological, environmental protection, and autonomy. 21,000 cubic meters of water are disinfected and purified in a cycle every 4-6 hours. The park regularly samples and tests water samples to ensure that the water quality is up to standard.
XI. Visitor Service Center
Provides consulting services on rides and recreational activities, assists visitors in dealing with problems encountered in the water park, and also provides lost and found inquiry services. :Notes on Visiting the Park
01. In order to ensure a safe and comfortable playing environment, please cooperate with our park staff in the security check before entering the park. The following items are refused to be brought into the park: (1) food, fruits, drinks (more than 600ML); (2) water inflatable swimming rings, pontoon rafts, hovercrafts, surfboards and other water inflatable swimming tools with a diameter greater than 50cm and ball games; (3) glassware, scooters, skates and other items and transportation that the park considers to be a potential safety hazard; (4) pets and other animals; (5) colorful flags, drums, and horns; Fireworks and other flammable and explosive items, harmful and toxic items, controlled knives, firearms and other dangerous goods as stipulated by law.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in the park: (i) selling, advertising, displaying any goods or services in the park without the permission of the park; (ii) distributing printed materials; (iii) unauthorized events, parades, speeches and public meetings, etc. (iv) Photography and video recording for commercial purposes; and (v) Actions that obstruct or damage the water park and its facilities.
04. Do not wear leather shoes, high heels and other hard-soled shoes in the park. Please enter the waters through the power shower area and footbaths as required by the Shanghai Health Department. Please put on your swimsuit and shoes before entering the water.
05. Be sure to store your jewelry and various pendants in a locker before playing various items to avoid loss, damage or injury to others.
06. When watching the performance, please do not cross the performance venue and listen to the command and arrangement of the on-site staff.
07. Due to engineering maintenance or inclement weather factors such as heavy rain, thunder and lightning, typhoons. The park may delay or suspend the opening of park rides or cancel park performances without prior notice. Please refer to the on-site announcement for details.
08. To ensure your personal safety, in the event of thunderstorms and lightning, please leave the water and slide operating platforms immediately and take refuge in the nearest building.
09. For your health and the cleanliness of the water, please do not smoke in the waters, water rides, restaurants, stores, restrooms, show areas and other public **** places, except in the smoking areas designated by the Park.
10. The Park reserves the right to deny rides or ask visitors to leave the Park if they engage in illegal, rude or harmful behavior.
11. Visitors must abide by the relevant rules of the park and understand the rules of various amusement programs before playing. If any economic loss or personal injury is caused by the visitor's non-compliance with the relevant rules or any other reasons, the visitor will be responsible for it.
12. People who are not used to water, tourists over 60 years old, and children under 1.5 meters must wear life jackets to play, and children should be accompanied by adults. Some water rides are quite thrilling and exciting. Please participate according to your physical condition.
13. According to the relevant provisions of the State General Administration of Sports, only with a health certificate can enter the water park. If you don't have a health certificate, please go to the health certificate window at the group ticket window to buy one.
14. Visitors must read the instructions carefully and enter the park when they know the instructions.
