The environment in Fuchun Tea House is nice and simple. There is a big plaque in the store that says "The first floor of Huaiyang".

I arrived after 11 o'clock in the morning, when there were still many people. There were big round tables here in Fuchun, and diners had to make a table, find their own seats, and then go to the queue to order and pay. When I went to the individual lobby on the second floor, the long line really scared me.

Take a look at their menu. There is one from 31 yuan and one from 51 yuan. They are all assorted snacks. It's really sweet.

I ordered 31 yuan's. Because it's mixed, the dim sum is not as big as that of Yiyuan, so it's no problem for one person to eat one set.

So if you have been to Fuchun tea houses in the morning and want to have tea again, you don't have to wait in line in the morning. You can come at lunch or dinner without waiting in line, and you can choose any place.

I ordered crab roe soup buns, lion's head, bean bag and bean paste buns.

I feel that the crab roe soup bag is better than Yiyuan, and the straw with Yechun is too small to suck the soup.

The soup of lion's head is too oily. I can't eat the meat ball in it after two bites, but two steamed buns are good.

In Yangzhou for a few days, after eating these teahouses, I felt that the tastes were similar, and the products were not particularly brilliant, which made me feel amazing. I really want to choose one or two, or Yiyuan and Fuchun.

I think Yangzhou Teahouse needs to keep pace with the times. It is better to adopt the method of scanning code and ordering payment, or set up more counters for ordering payment, otherwise all the time will be wasted on queuing for ordering payment.
