4. The party and government organs, enterprises and institutions in the whole region resumed normal office order, all kinds of government service windows were closed by 50%, and the sinking grassroots cadres returned to their posts in an orderly manner. Cadres and workers of the unit take the lead in observing epidemic prevention regulations, disinfect and ventilate the canteen of the unit, and continue to prohibit eating in the hall.

5. 6. All kinds of pharmacies and clinics will resume business in an orderly manner. 7. Suspension of cold chain food sales. Other types of farmers' markets are opened in an orderly manner on the basis of implementing the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control.

8. Unless necessary, insist on not holding large-scale meetings, activities, forums, training, performances, exhibitions, promotions and other activities with more than 50 people.
