Known as the "world's largest shopping mall", South China Shopping Mall is located in John Wan, a suburb of Dongguan, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 430,000 square meters, with a building area of 890,000 square meters, a commercial area of 400,000 square meters and 8,000 parking spaces, with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan. 2. Beijing Jinyuan Times Shopping Center
Beijing Jinyuan Times Shopping Center is the largest single shopping center in the world, located in Sijiqing Yuanda Road, Haidian District, Beijing, and developed by Century Jinyuan Investment Group Co., Ltd.
As one of the 60 key projects in Beijing in 2003, Beijing Jinyuan Times Shopping Center covers an area of 18.2 hectares, with a construction area of 680,000 square meters and a total investment of 3.8 billion yuan.
