1. You can check whether there is paper in the printer input tray and whether the printer toner cartridge, ribbon or toner cartridge is valid. If it is invalid, it cannot be printed.

2. Check whether the printer is online.

3. Check whether the printer power supply is connected, whether the printer power switch is turned on, or whether the printer cable is connected correctly.

4. Check whether the printer port in the computer BIOS settings is open.
