the second stage is the management training class: in the second stage, middle and senior managers of chain enterprises should be organized to participate in various management courses of store management and operation, so as to help everyone sort out the ideas of chain system and discuss the upgrade standards of stores, so as to achieve the result of improving store management level and operational efficiency;
the third stage is the training output system: we refined the standards in the first stage, cultivated the leadership ability of middle managers in the second stage, and in the third stage, the project requires middle managers to strengthen the skills training for all store employees, truly teach our standards to every store employee, and at the same time make this training daily to create a platform for employees to improve themselves.
the fourth stage is to supervise the implementation system: the standards are implemented in the third stage, and the implementation effect and how to monitor the implementation are the tasks to be completed in this stage. In the two-month period, it is necessary to organize the store standard implementation activities, and should carry out the standard implementation and effect evaluation in the whole chain store, and provide targeted counseling to the poor stores.
through the implementation of these four stages of the project, we can ensure that all kinds of problems in store operation can be effectively solved, and ensure the normal operation of the store operation system.
