3. Is the lampblack purifier placed outdoors afraid of wind, sun and rain?

Don't be afraid. The lampblack purifier is made of high-temperature plastic spraying material. Pay attention to the installation of rain protection device above the equipment to increase the service life of the fume purifier, and at the same time pay attention to the need to reserve maintenance space around the purifier, and the cupboard door should have a free opening space of more than 90 degrees to facilitate future maintenance, cleaning and repair.

4. The key question is: Is the fume purifier installed in the front of the exhaust fan? Is it better to install it at the end of the exhaust fan?

1) When the induced draft fan is installed.

If the induced draft fan is installed before installing the oil fume purifier, and it is impossible to move it, it is suggested to install the oil fume purifier at the end of the induced draft fan, but only if the end of the oil fume purifier must be equipped with a 90-degree downward elbow or a 90-degree upward elbow with a rain cap, because there is no water in the oil fume purifier, and the high-voltage electric field inside is afraid of unnecessary trouble caused by power connection.

2) Under the condition that the fume purifier is installed together with the induced draft fan.

It is suggested to install an oil fume purifier at the front end of the induced draft fan, which can prolong the service life of the induced draft fan, reduce the cleaning times of the induced draft fan and reduce the maintenance cost.

5. Under normal circumstances, install the pipeline and induced draft fan before installing the circuit. If there is no special requirement, the general lampblack purifier needs to be connected with 220v power supply. After the power is connected, there is a red indicator light and a green indicator light next to the equipment power box. When we use the running equipment, the two indicators light up at the same time to indicate that the equipment is in normal working condition, otherwise the equipment will not run normally.
