Ask McDonald's internship summary of more than 3111 words ... urgently ... thank you.

this time, I conducted a social practice in McDonald's for half a month, and I felt that I benefited a lot.

through this practice, I understand that social practice is of great significance to guide our college students to go out into society, get in touch with society, cultivate their working ability and improve their ideological and moral standards. McDonald's, which I am engaged in, is one of the world's top 511 enterprises focusing on catering services. Its footprint has spread all over the world in more than 121 countries and regions, with more than 13,111 restaurants, providing people with convenient, fast, high-quality services and value-for-money, safe and delicious food. Its development has provided a broad employment development platform for tens of millions of people. Its charity, ronald mcdonald house, has sent the gospel to tens of millions of needy children.

I am proud of my practice in McDonald's. Because I have learned a lot, and these things will benefit me all my life.

1. Overview of post practice

I joined McDonald's as an intern on July 11th. Mainly responsible for ordering food and cashier at the counter. Sometimes in the dessert station, I am responsible for cashier or preparing meals, or for presenting and preparing drinks. Ordering and cashier at the counter is an important part of restaurant operation, which requires higher waiters. Therefore, I received a more professional and comprehensive training. First of all, I want to remember the ballet four steps. That is, for customers to enter the restaurant, I will raise my left hand and shout in a cheerful tone: I like you to come. This is the first step. When the customer approached the counter, I raised my left hand again and said happily, I'm happy to serve you, and I'll take your order here. This is the second step. The next step is to recommend the restaurant's popular set meal to customers and complete the meal order within 31 seconds according to customer's requirements. This is the third step. Among them, the cashier's time is fifteen seconds. During these fifteen seconds, I must strictly confirm the authenticity and integrity of the coins in accordance with the restaurant's cash policy. The last step is to prepare the sauce paper towels for the customers and guide them to move to the right to take the meal. Although this process seems simple, it needs some skills to implement it correctly within the specified time. Because, after all, customers don't have the consciousness of ordering food quickly or understand the ordering process. Therefore, we must always make decisions for customers when they are hesitant, so as to shorten the time of ordering food, facilitate the service of the next customer and improve the operating efficiency of the restaurant. Generally speaking, the kitchen preparation and the delivery by the caterer should not exceed three minutes to avoid customers waiting for a long time. The dessert station is mainly responsible for selling ice cream and drinks. Because of the independence of the site, there is no strict requirement for speed. But we still have to try our best to provide customers with food and services in the shortest time. Usually, I am responsible for dessert site meals and meal preparation most of the time. Weekends are mostly in double mode. The beverage stand is an integral part of the counter.

mainly responsible for the production and presentation of drinks. The drink stand has a computer screen. I will prepare drinks according to the display on the computer, and I will cancel every order I complete. Because the time required for the beverage table is one minute, if it is overtime, the system will automatically make a red list, reminding us that the speed is too slow, and then the manager will put pressure on us to remind us to improve the speed. And in the process of making drinks, we must pay attention to cleaning at hand to keep the counter hygienic and avoid creating a bad impression on customers. However, when the number of customers is small, we can't be idle, and we must actively find something to do. For example, clean the counter, fill the paper towels, sauces, paper cups, etc. to ensure the smooth flow during the peak operation and make full preparations for the next peak. It can be seen that McDonald's clean and tidy environment, efficient and convenient speed are created through the continuous efforts of all employees.

Second, the results of post practice

Because of the nature of McDonald's industry, it attracts a lot of passengers every day, and with the working hours of about ten hours every day, I feel very tired. Therefore, the continuous traffic makes me have to repeat the same conversation over and over again, carefully explain the same problems and do the same actions. The noisy environment makes me unable to breathe, and the physical fatigue sometimes makes me impatient with customers, and the service quality declines with the increase of passenger flow. Sometimes it is inevitable to have friction with customers. Also, the busyness of the beverage space makes me in a hurry, and I often send the wrong drinks or overtime, so I am complained and scolded by customers. In addition, the operation of the dessert station alone often keeps me busy for hours, and the high temperature outside in summer makes me feel very uncomfortable. Although there were many setbacks and difficulties, I persisted and tried my best to do my best. So, I was recognized and praised by the managers, and the customers were very pleased to smile and thank me for my service.

Third, the experience of practice

1. Endurance Whenever there is friction or understanding with customers, I feel the real blow and cruelty of society. We college students who are usually spoiled at home and carefree at school really don't seem to understand human suffering. Those of us who have little contact with society are too fragile, and our self-esteem is too strong to stand abuse and misunderstanding. I can't stand setbacks and rush to defend myself. In fact, I want to say that society is so real, society will not spoil you, and not everyone will take care of your feelings. Whenever we are misunderstood, we should not resist with a tough attitude. After all, quarrels will never end. After all, not everyone can think of you selflessly and understand you. What we can do is to be patient under the principle and ignore it outside the principle. Then reflect on whether you are wrong, and then constantly improve your work ability to avoid customer dissatisfaction. If the fault is not your own, convince others with reason and explain calmly. Whenever I am frustrated, I remind myself not to be impulsive, take a step back and broaden my horizons, and my heart will be much more peaceful.

2. Harmonious interpersonal relationship McDonald's has many employees, so it always has to deal with many colleagues. In the past, I didn't like people I didn't know, and I was more proud. Now I strongly feel how important it is to have a harmonious interpersonal relationship. It will help you to work smoothly. After all, in social work, teamwork is very important, and one person can't do it. It is also conducive to the smoothness of your working mood. It is naturally good to deal with people with a smile every day, which is conducive to the improvement of work efficiency.

3. Being proactive and busy often makes me feel tired and lazy. However, I often tell myself to be proactive and stick to it. Being proactive is good for me to find pleasure in my work. For example, customer satisfaction gives me a sense of accomplishment in my work. Many things are within our responsibility, and we have an obligation to finish them. Even though I didn't want to, I found myself holding on after work. Therefore, believe that time is fair, it can make happiness pass quickly, and similarly, it can make what you think of pain pass quickly.

4. Don't bring personal emotions to work. Therefore, I deeply feel that a mature person must have the ability to control emotions. If negative emotions are brought to work, it will inevitably lead to low work efficiency and conflicts with people. Therefore, no matter how tired you are, you should also ensure the minimum service attitude. Try to divert your emotions and comfort yourself. Self-consolation can bring happiness, and you will get unexpected gains if you work happily.

5. To improve my competitiveness, I have learned to make constant efforts, consult others modestly in time, and constantly improve my skills. I didn't like consulting others before, but now I understand that I think I won't make progress. At the same time, I also deeply feel that we must study hard in our work practice, and keep learning and accumulating, so I also learn to solve problems independently. And you have to pretend to understand, otherwise the consequences of mistakes in practice will be more serious.

6. Management by Managers. Rick Reddian, the founder of McDonald's, said: Care about everyone who works for you. If you want to be a good manager, you must have good management methods to manage your employees. Therefore, it is necessary to understand and care about every employee. Management methods vary from person to person, but care is the premise.

7. The bitterness of making money makes me tired, which makes me realize that it is not easy to make money. It is easier to spend money than to make money. In the future, I will cherish every minute and feel the bitterness of my parents.

I have benefited a lot from social practice. In the future, we must study hard, improve our professional skills, improve our social competitiveness, improve our ideological and moral character, and be an outstanding talent in society.
