In order to further improve the quality of female entrepreneurs in Shiquan County, broaden the development fields and space, promote communication and cooperation among female entrepreneurs, and promote the construction and development of "Sanyi Shiquan". On the morning of March 6th, Shiquan County Women's Federation took the lead in organizing Shiquan County Women's Entrepreneurship Association to hold its inaugural meeting in the conference room on the 13th floor (Health Planning Bureau) of the county government affairs center.

Sun Fuyong, President of China Old Area Construction Promotion Association, Ma Yi, Director of County Entrepreneurship and Employment Bureau, Zhang Haili, Vice Chairman of County Women's Federation, and Chen Ting, Director of Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, were invited to attend the meeting. Also present at this conference are more than 41 members from all walks of life in the county.

At the inaugural meeting, members voted to pass the Articles of Association of Shiquan County Women's Entrepreneurship Association (Draft). The meeting elected the election results of the first Council member of Shiquan Women's Entrepreneurship Association: peng bo was elected as the first Council president of Shiquan Women's Entrepreneurship Association; Wang Yizhen, Xu Jian, Peng Fangli and Tan Xueqin were elected as the vice presidents of the first Council of Shiquan Women's Entrepreneurship Association; Comrade Chen Xuwen was elected Secretary-General; Comrade Li Shanshan was elected Deputy Secretary-General; Wang Youzhi, Wang Jinlan, Long Qunying, Zhang Daiyu, Li Zuxian, Li Ruihua, Yao Shangyu, Gao Anxiu, Yan Xiangrong, Xu Qifang, Cui Shixia and Tan Zhihong were elected members of the Board of Directors.

peng bo, the newly elected president of the Council, made a statement. She said that this election is a spur and encouragement to her, and it is also her responsibility and pressure. She will do her best to provide better services to her members. For the new job, she proposed that she would actively play the organizational function, strive to improve the comprehensive quality of female entrepreneurs, earnestly perform her duties, provide better services for female entrepreneurs, give full play to the advantages of the association, and take the initiative to assume the responsibilities entrusted to female entrepreneurs by society.

Ma Yi, director of the County Bureau of Entrepreneurship and Employment, further explained the entrepreneur's policy of benefiting the people. He stressed that women entrepreneurs should seize the opportunity, act positively, and bravely support half the sky of economic and social development. And take the initiative to give full play to the advantages of the association's extensive contacts, actively do a good job in service, play a good role in the interaction between government and enterprises, drive women to start businesses, be enthusiastic about public welfare undertakings, and strive to establish a good image of female entrepreneurs in Shiquan County.

Sun Fuyong, president of China Old Area Construction Promotion Association, put forward three suggestions. First, female entrepreneurs should abide by and maintain the articles of association and system; Second, we should stress unity and dedication, not enthusiasm, and promote the development and progress of the association with full enthusiasm; Third, female entrepreneurs should establish the concept of honesty and customer-oriented.
