The design scale of the sewage treatment plant is 654.38+10,000 tons of urban sewage per day, and the first phase of the project will treat 50,000 tons of urban sewage per day. This project is an important urban infrastructure project that uses national debt, government investment, bank loans and Danish government equipment loans to purify urban industrial wastewater and domestic sewage. It is a secondary biochemical sewage treatment plant using DE oxidation ditch process. 2. Process flow and description
(1) Phase I adopted the biological sludge treatment process, that is, adsorption biodegradation.
The process flow is as follows:
Sewage → Off-site pumping station → Coarse grid → On-site lifting pump house → Fine grid? → aeration tank → sedimentation tank → selection tank → oxidation ditch → final sedimentation tank → contact tank → Hanjiang River (see note).
After sewage enters the factory, it is necessary to separate large pieces of garbage, such as plastic bags and leaves, through a coarse grid. After the garbage comes out, it will be handled by the sanitation department. Because the water level entering the factory from the pipeline is very low (the factory is higher than the horizontal line), in order to facilitate the work, lifting the pump room plays a great role. Here, six submersible lift pumps with a capacity of 3000m3/h are used, and the lift of the pumps is 17m, so as to carry out the following processes on the ground. Fine grids are used to remove small pieces of garbage.
Aerated grit chamber is used to remove fine inorganic particles (such as silt and cinder) and surface oil from sewage.
The next step is the key to decontamination. It is divided into two parts, aeration tank and sedimentation tank. Firstly, activated sludge (a kind of bacterial micelle composed of microorganisms and bacteria) is mixed in the water of the aeration tank, and the oxygen continuously released from the micropores at the bottom of the tank promotes its metabolism, and the activated sludge absorbs and degrades organic matter; Then, the water enters the sedimentation tank for removing suspended matters, such as SS, and at the same time, part of BOD5 is removed. After the activated sludge is precipitated and separated, it flows back to the aeration tank to degrade the water in the next tank.
In addition, there are three systems in the aerated grit chamber, namely, gas supply system, reflux system and excess sludge discharge system (microbial biomass should not exceed the standard, and it will be discharged if it exceeds the standard). The two processes are combined into one, and most of the organic matter in the water has been removed, reaching the national discharge standard and can be directly discharged into the Han River.
The Hanjiang River could have been self-purified through a rich biological chain. However, due to the strong pollution of domestic sewage, the original long biological chain is shortened and the short biological chain almost disappears, so the water quality will go from bad to worse. However, the sewage treatment plant only uses microorganisms to strengthen its self-purification function, remove excessive nitrogen and phosphorus organic matter brought by domestic sewage and improve its eutrophication. (In addition, because the treatment is not industrial sewage, there is no need for special metal pollution treatment. )

3. Advantages and problems of this method
