Investigation report on canteen meals 1
Survey object: dining students in the canteen
Survey methods: interviews, online data collection, etc.
1. Survey background
There are more than 7,111 students in the school, and more than 5,111 people eat in the canteen every day. Therefore, the existence and development of student canteens is not only related to students' life problems, but also related to students' physical health and learning conditions to a greater extent. However, according to the survey, there are many disharmonious factors between student groups and canteens. If these factors are allowed to spread and develop, it will inevitably affect the normal operation of the school.
in order to understand the overall situation of the student canteen in our school, further improve the working level of the canteen, improve students' quality of life and create a harmonious dining environment, we will make the following investigation on the canteen in our school.
2. Survey contents:
(1) Dishes:
① As for the price of dishes, 71% of the students think that it is affordable. 31% of the students think that the price of meat dishes is too high, among which 11% of the students think that the price of meat dishes is too high
② The dishes in the canteen are single, and the collocation of meat and vegetables is unreasonable at the same price, and there are often repeated dishes on the same day.
③ The dishes are single in taste, sometimes partial to talk about or sometimes salty; Use less oil; No local characteristics; The dishes are not good-looking
(2) Service:
In the survey of the service conditions in the canteen, 41% of the students recognized and accepted the service work, and 61% of the students felt dissatisfied. The reasons for their dissatisfaction are as follows: the service staff smiled less and their expressions were stiff; Language indifference, lack of enthusiasm; Poor patience; The measurement of vegetable beating is inaccurate and less; There are many mistakes in swiping cards, often swiping more; There are also problems such as frequent misordering.
(3) Hygiene:
The survey on the overall hygiene satisfaction of the canteen shows that 51% of the students think that the hygiene condition of the canteen needs further improvement, 31% think it is general, 11% think it is satisfactory, and 11% think it is poor. Among them, the problems are:
① The hygiene management of the canteen is not standardized, the sense of responsibility is not strong, and the cleaning efforts are not enough.
② The smell in the dining room is strong.
③ Individual staff members didn't wear work clothes and masks when going to work, and the work clothes were too dirty
④ The floor of the canteen room was slippery, some places had accumulated water, and the surrounding environment was poor in sanitation.
(4) Meal cards:
Among the students surveyed, the problems reflected can be summarized as follows: the phenomenon of wrong card typing is high; The minimum limit on the amount of money charged is inconvenient for many students; It is unreasonable to charge for card replacement due to non-human factors.
Third, survey summary:
In this survey, it shows that there are some problems that can't be ignored in our canteen, which deserves our deep thinking. In view of the above situation, the following suggestions are put forward, hoping to help improve the canteen.
(1) Take the opportunity of "comprehensive improvement of urban and rural environment" to thoroughly improve the internal and external sanitation of the canteen and create a good dining environment.
(2) Develop a perfect incentive mechanism and increase the training of canteen staff. Reward staff who perform well in their work, and punish those who perform poorly until they are expelled.
(3) The canteen should purchase a set of tableware cleaning and disinfection tools to ensure the tableware hygiene, and a special person should be responsible for the acceptance.
(4) according to the needs of students, timely adjust the corresponding food prices and types.
(5) Stop using disposable wooden blocks or bamboo chopsticks and use environmentally-friendly wooden chopsticks or iron chopsticks.
(6) Cancel the minimum limit of card filling. For the convenience of students, cards that are not caused by human factors should be degaussed and replaced free of charge. Investigation report on meals in the canteen 2
The canteen is a place where college students eat three meals a day, and it is a must-see place for every student. According to the survey, 96% of the students' eating problems are solved in the school canteen, which is closely related to the study, life and health of college students. Canteen is not only one of the school's hardware facilities, but also an important part of school management. In order to better understand the situation of school canteens and strengthen the management of school canteens, we made a survey on school canteens, and got a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of our school canteens, which provided a basis for further strengthening and improving the supervision of canteens.
First, the basic situation of the canteen in our school
We conducted a survey for two weeks from October 21st to November 5th, 21XX. The survey was conducted in the form of questionnaire survey, field observation and oral interview. The main targets of the survey were college students of all grades, and the proportion of students of all grades was basically the same, accounting for about 25%. Questionnaires were distributed mainly during the period from October 21st to 28th, most of which were distributed by members of our group in the school canteens, and a small number were distributed in the classroom. A total of 51 questionnaires were distributed, 48 questionnaires were recovered and 48 were valid. During the week from October 28th to November 5th, our group also conducted an interview survey with 21 students and a three-day field observation survey.
Through careful analysis of the survey results, we find that students are basically satisfied with the school canteen, but think that there are some details missing in the management of our school canteen. Students are more concerned about some substantive issues, such as crowding, which have not been well solved.
the basic situation of our school canteen is as follows:
(1) basically satisfied with our school canteen
after comparing with the canteens of similar colleges, our students are basically satisfied with our school canteen. From the survey of the satisfaction of the canteen in the questionnaire interview, 51% of the students hold an intermediate attitude towards our school canteen, with 31% dissatisfied and 21% satisfied. On the whole, the overwhelming majority of students hold an attitude of middle and above, which is an affirmation of our canteen. < P > (2) They have mentioned all kinds of problems in the canteen, and most of them are dissatisfied
1. They are dissatisfied with the food in the canteen, accounting for 76.3% of the total number of people surveyed. The reasons for dissatisfaction are: sometimes eating bad food, 5.1%; The food is not hot, with 15.4%; The food is not delicious, accounting for 18.7%, and the food price is relatively expensive, accounting for 11.4%; The amount of food given is small, with 7.4%; The renewal of dishes is slow, with 12.5%; Other reasons, 6.8%.
2. Dissatisfied with the hygiene of the canteen. According to the survey, some students mentioned that the rice sellers didn't wear masks, and their mouths were splashing. Three quarters of the students complained that there were too many tableware piled up on the table, plastic bags were littered on the table, and the speed of recycling tableware was slow. 81.6% think that tableware (plates, chopsticks) is not cleaned. More than half of the students think that the oil smoke in the canteen is too heavy, especially in the apartment canteen. There is also that the tables and chairs are not neatly placed, and the ground hygiene cannot be cleaned in time.
3. I think the school canteen is crowded, lunch is the most crowded, followed by breakfast.
4. Dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff and managers in the canteen. 45.3% of the respondents were dissatisfied with the attitude of the staff who cooked rice. 21% of the respondents thought that the cooking speed was slow. Another 36.1% of the respondents think that the management of canteens is not in place and there is a lack of effective supervision.
2. Suggestions
According to the sorting out and careful analysis of the survey results, our group put forward the following suggestions for the above problems:
(1) College students should improve their self-cultivation and develop good hygiene habits
College students should form good hygiene habits, consciously queue up for meals, consciously use one-card cards, and voluntarily put back used tableware. Queuing is something that students in our school have never consciously observed, and some students are in high school. We suggest that school student organizations (such as student union, student management committee, volunteers association, etc.) remind students to queue up in the canteen for a week or two and return the used plates, so that students will consciously and actively form the habit of queuing. As long as everyone gets into the habit of queuing for meals, not only can the dining hall have an orderly meal, but it can also alleviate the problem of crowded meals.
(2) The service personnel in the canteen should strictly abide by the hygiene standards and further improve the hygiene and quality of the meals in the canteen.
The suggestions are as follows: First, the materials in the canteen should be selected well and there should be no spoiled food. Second, rice and vegetables must be washed. Third, enrich the variety of dishes and try to make students with different tastes have different choices. Students in our school come from all over the country, and their tastes and eating habits are different from place to place. We suggest that the school cafeteria can distinguish dishes with different tastes, for example, the taste in the north is a little heavy and the south prefers light, spicy and not spicy, pasta and rice. Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the service attitude training for staff. Select the weekly service stars as a reward.
(3) Strengthen the unified management of the canteen
This can not only control the hygiene of the canteen, but also cultivate students' normal eating habits for three meals a day. On the other hand, it also effectively avoids the health problems caused by the waiter touching the food after receiving the money, thus strengthening the health guarantee to some extent. At the same time, improve the management of one card, increase the recharge outlets of one card, simplify the formalities for replacement, expand the scope of use of one card, and create a favorable environment for popularizing the use of one card. Unified arrangement of canteen cleaning, clear division of labor, responsibility in place. Unified use of tableware, plastic bags and disposable chopsticks are strictly prohibited. The unified use of tableware can not only recycle tableware faster and better, but also facilitate the cleaning and disinfection of tableware.
(4) Schools should strengthen supervision and establish a reward and punishment mechanism
We suggest that schools conduct regular or irregular inspections and spot checks on canteens, set up complaint mailboxes, and pay close attention to hygiene. The school severely punishes contractors and health service personnel who do not meet the requirements, and commends and encourages those who are advanced.
(5) Cultivate students' good eating habits, and advocate healthy and timely eating among students
According to the survey, many students often skip breakfast. In fact, skipping breakfast after a night's sleep will only make me in a state of hypoglycemia, which will affect our mental state for a day. Skipping breakfast for a long time will affect our stomach health and intellectual development. In order to lose weight, some female students usually have the idea of eating less than one meal. Not eating on time is not conducive to the health of college students. For students to have better and healthier bodies and for the all-round development of students, schools should strengthen the propaganda of healthy eating and improve students' eating quality.
The canteen is a place where students concentrate on eating. The quality and hygiene of meals in the canteen are directly related to students' health. A good dining environment is conducive to eating happily and studying better. We earnestly hope that the relevant supervision departments of the school will strengthen the supervision of the canteen work, and we also hope that students will actively cooperate with the canteen staff. We believe that with the concerted efforts of all teachers, students and canteen staff, the price of a meal is reasonable, the hygiene quality meets the requirements, and the dining environment is relaxed and pleasant.
