Article 16 The local food and drug supervision and management departments at or above the county level shall examine the applicant's application for a license to submit materials. Need to verify the substance of the application materials, should be on-site verification. Only apply for the sale of prepackaged food (excluding refrigerated frozen food), and food business license changes do not change the facilities and layout, you can not carry out on-site verification.
On-site verification shall be carried out by a verifier who meets the requirements. Verification personnel shall not be less than two people. Verification personnel should show valid documents, fill out the food business license on-site verification form, make on-site verification records, after the applicant checks the correctness of the verification personnel and the applicant in the verification of the form and the record on the signature or seal.
