3. Fix the aluminum frame of the light box:
A) The site walls are made of aluminum-plastic plates, wood blocks, iron plates and other materials. , can be directly fixed with self-tapping screws;
B) The wall of the construction site is cement or brick wall, which can be punched with an impact drill first, and then fixed with expansion screws;
C) The site walls are made of tiles, marble, glass, etc. First drill through the surface with a glass drill, then drill the expansion screw hole, and then fix the light box or use glue.
D) After selecting the installation position of the light box to be hoisted or hung on site, determine the fixing point for installing the light box according to the actual size of the light box installation hole, then install the hanger and connect the ground wire.
4. Install the lamp board: unfold the lamp board along the aluminum frame, punch holes in the lamp board, and fix the lamp board on the aluminum frame with screws.
5. Power-on test: arrange external wiring, connect the power transformer, turn on the power supply, and observe whether the light board is emitting normally.
6. Fixing the lamp cloth: unfold the lamp cloth along the aluminum and press the rubber strip into the gap of the aluminum.
7. Turn on the light and clean the surface of the light box.
