1. Producers and operators of imported cold chain food must truthfully fill in the information such as commodity name, place of origin, production date, production batch number, weight and quantity through the Traceability System of Imported Cold Chain Food in Jiangsu Province, and truthfully upload the corresponding inspection and quarantine certificate of imported goods, negative certificate of Covid-19 nucleic acid test, disinfection certificate and other materials to ensure that the information and uploaded materials are consistent with the actual goods.

2. Imported cold-chain foods that have obtained the inspection and quarantine certificate of entry goods and entered Zhenjiang directly after being released by the customs must enter the centralized supervision warehouse for preventive disinfection and nucleic acid detection, and obtain the Certificate of Delivery from Zhenjiang Centralized Supervision Warehouse for Imported Cold-chain Foods before they can be stored, processed and operated in Zhenjiang. Imported cold-chain foods have been subjected to preventive disinfection and whole batch of nucleic acid detection in centralized supervision warehouses set up in other parts of China, and relevant certificates have been obtained, so they may not enter Zhenjiang centralized supervision warehouse.

Third, strictly implement the main responsibility for epidemic prevention and control of imported cold-chain food:

1. Strictly implement the requirements of "three specialties, three certificates and four noes" for imported cold-chain food. Imported cold chain foods must be purchased through special channels, stored in special areas and sold in special areas, and may not be mixed with other foods for storage and sale; Food producers and operators must carefully check the inspection and quarantine certificate, nucleic acid detection certificate and disinfection certificate of imported cold chain food; Imported cold chain foods without inspection and quarantine certificate, nucleic acid detection certificate, disinfection certificate and traceability information shall not be produced, processed and marketed. Food producers and business operators shall not purchase or use imported cold chain food without legal sources.

2. The main body involved in importing cold chain food in the whole city should comprehensively standardize the use of "Jiangsu cold chain" to ensure that "the source can be traced and the destination can be traced".

3. Strictly implement the health protection measures for employees who are in direct contact with imported cold chain food. Employees who are in direct contact with imported cold-chain foods must achieve full coverage of COVID-19 vaccine sequential inoculation, and must achieve "complete inspection" of nucleic acid detection according to provincial and municipal requirements.

4. Strictly implement disinfection and disinfection measures for storage, processing, business premises, equipment and facilities of imported cold chain food.

5. Strictly regulate the provision and use of protective articles for employees who are in direct contact with imported cold chain foods and the disposal of the outer packaging of imported cold chain foods.

6. During the epidemic period, the catering units in the city suspended the import of cold chain food raw food service.

4. It is forbidden to store, process and operate imported cold chain foods that have not entered the "Jiangsu cold chain". Producers and operators of imported cold-chain foods must clearly identify "imported cold-chain foods" and assign codes for sales in their business premises, and register the buyers' real names.
