The chief physician shall make a medical examination conclusion according to the medical examination. The medical examination hospital should be stamped with the official seal.
When encountering difficult problems in physical examination, state administrative organs at all levels and hospitals undertaking physical examination should properly handle them. For diseases that are difficult to diagnose, the hospital can organize experts to do further examination. Employers and candidates are allowed to ask for re-examination when they have doubts about the conclusion of medical examination.
Re-examination requirements should be put forward within seven days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination. The reinspection can only be carried out once. The results of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
State administrative organs at all levels should attach great importance to the physical examination of civil servants, and the competent recruitment agencies and health administrative departments should strengthen the guidance, coordination and supervision of physical examination and strengthen the training of relevant personnel. Those who violate the operating rules, practise fraud, engage in malpractices for selfish ends or neglect their duties during the physical examination, resulting in adverse consequences, shall be punished in accordance with relevant regulations. Candidates who take part in the physical examination shall truthfully fill in relevant information and answer relevant questions. Candidates who resort to deceit or conceal the real situation, resulting in inaccurate physical examination results, will not be hired or canceled.
