1, ordinary goods
(1) Brand goods must have sales vouchers provided by the brand, or purchase invoices for goods with inventory registration requirements, or qualification certificates of brand distributors; Private brand goods provide relevant certificates of private brand.
(2) Registered goods must have a price.
(3) The original price of a registered commodity shall not be modified after approval.
(4) The number of registered commodity transactions in the past 30 days is ≥ 10.
(5) The snap-up price of a registered commodity shall not be higher than the lowest transaction price of the commodity in the last 30 days. (If it is a new product, it will take less than 30 days from the date when the goods are put on the shelves).
(6) Inventory requirements for registered commodities: the lower limit of registered inventory quantity = 50,000 yuan/snapping price; At the same time, at the beginning of the activity, the actual inventory goods shall not be less than the registered inventory goods.
(7) Purchase restriction rules: When setting the purchase restriction quantity for snapping up registered goods, except for special categories, the maximum purchase restriction quantity can be set to 10. (3) When it is confirmed that the technical service fee calculated according to the corresponding technical service fee rate is higher than the basic fee deducted when starting the tour, the system will deduct the technical service fee in real time for the part whose turnover exceeds the deductible technical service fee (technical service fee turnover = basic fee/corresponding category technical service fee rate). ?

Article 4? Principle of charging treatment
1. If the goods are under any of the following circumstances, the qualification of commodity activities will be cancelled, and the expenses of the goods will be settled according to their normal participation in snapping up activities.
(1) During the activity, the system verifies that the status of the active commodity changes to abnormal sale;
(2) During the activity, the qualification of the activity was cancelled due to the violation of the business rules.
2. After the activity starts, the technical service fee will be deducted in real time according to the total amount of goods received by consumers multiplied by the category charge rate, and the refund form will be confirmed after receiving the goods. Taobao does not refund.
Article 5? Description of Taobao marketing activities charges

Chapter one? abstract
In order to protect the rights and interests of marketing platform users and maintain the normal order of marketing platform, these Rules are formulated in accordance with national laws and regulations, as well as relevant agreements and rules such as Marketing Platform Service Agreement, Taobao Rules and Tmall Rules.
Article 2 Scope of Application These Rules are applicable to the following marketing platforms: cost-effective, famous products, very big brands, global selection, quantity optimization, snap-up, good men, Tmall Super Brand Day, Tmall Black Box, Tmall Super Category Day, big brand selection, new powder purchase, daily sale and daily purchase.
Article 3 explains that any behavior of a merchant on the marketing platform shall comply with all agreements signed with the marketing platform at the same time. Article 7 In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, business operators or marketing platforms, marketing platforms shall take the following measures to deal with illegal business operations according to the circumstances stipulated in these Rules:
(1) Warning means that the marketing platform reminds and warns the merchants of improper/minor violations orally or in writing, and the merchants need to conduct self-examination and self-correction;
(2) cancel the right of commodity activities in the current time, that is, the goods of the merchants cannot participate in the scheduled marketing platform activities in the current time;
(3) cancel the right to participate in the current activities, that is, all goods of the merchant cannot participate in the scheduled marketing platform activities;
(4) Suspending activities within a time limit means that merchants cannot participate in marketing platform activities within a limited time limit, except those scheduled before processing;
(5) Permanent termination of cooperation means that businesses can never participate in marketing platform activities.

Article 9 Deduction from Marketing Platform The following node processing methods are adopted for deduction from marketing platform:
(1) If the marketing platform has accumulated 12 points, the activity shall be suspended for one month within a time limit from the date of the last treatment;
(2) If the cumulative score of the marketing platform is over 24 points, the suspension of activities shall be restricted for two months from the date of the last treatment;
(3) If the cumulative score of the marketing platform reaches 36 points, the activity shall be suspended for three months within a time limit from the date of the last treatment;
(4) If the cumulative score of the marketing platform reaches 48 points, the activity shall be suspended for six months within a time limit from the date of the last treatment.
Part two? Marketing platform violation
Article 10 Price reduction after an activity refers to the situation that the actual transaction price of a merchant's goods is lower than any actual transaction price during its participation in marketing platform activities within 15 days after the activity.
If the merchant reduces the price after the first activity, it will be given a warning, and if it is repeated or above, three points will be deducted each time.

Article 11 The DSR of quality control is not up to standard, which means that within 30 days after the merchant participates in the marketing platform, there are 100 transactions of active commodities, and the effective evaluation accounts for more than 50%, and the average value of the three DSRs corresponding to the active orders is less than or equal to 4.5 points.

Article 12 Breach of contract refers to the behavior that the merchant fails to provide the established service to the buyer or perform the contract to the marketing platform as promised.
Breach of commitments includes but is not limited to the following situations:
(1) forced tying or joint venture;
(2) The currency has changed, which is inconsistent with the registered commodities;
(3) The promises of marketing activities have not been fulfilled;
(4) Use unofficial tools for free, cashback and other activities.
Merchants who violate the rules in Item (1) and Item (2) will be deprived of the right to engage in commodity activities, and 3 points will be deducted each time;
If Item (3) violates the rules, the merchant shall cancel his right to engage in commodity activities at that time according to the seriousness of the violation, and deduct 3~6 points each time;
If the merchant violates Item (4), it shall be given a warning for the first time or the second time and the commodity rights of this activity shall be cancelled. For the third time and above, 2 points will be deducted each time;
If the merchant violates Item (4) and the dispute between the buyer and the seller is serious, no matter how many times, the right to commodity activities will be cancelled, and 3 points will be deducted each time.

Article 16 For the connection between the old and the new, in addition to the contents stipulated in Taobao Rules and Tmall Rules, if the behavior of marketing platform merchants occurred before the entry into force or revision of these Rules, the rules at that time shall apply; After the entry into force or revision of these rules, these rules shall apply.
