Third, the subsidy standard.
During the Spring Festival, enterprises in our city arrange foreign employees to celebrate the New Year, and give special subsidies according to the standard of 500 yuan per person; If employees staying abroad are arranged to work on the job, on the basis of giving special subsidies, employees will be given overtime subsidies according to the standard of 100 yuan per person per day.
Fourth, the declaration procedure.
Enterprise declaration and publicity. After February 17, the enterprise will publicize the employee information form that has been in the field in its own unit. Fill in the information of overseas employees who studied in Jinan from February 2 1 to February 28/after publicity without objection.
Audit result query. Individuals can check the results of personal information review through the "Love Shandong _ Quancheng Office" APP. Inquiry path: "Love Shandong _ Quancheng Office" Home-I want to check-Life service-Inquiry on the audit results of study abroad subsidy during the Spring Festival.
Allocation of funds. The Municipal Bureau of Commerce shall summarize the information provided by the enterprise, put forward opinions on subsidy payment after confirmation, and send them to the Municipal Finance Bureau. The Municipal Finance Bureau will allocate subsidy funds to all districts and counties in accordance with relevant regulations, and all districts and counties will distribute them to my social security card financial zone.

After the implementation rules are promulgated, the social security payment records paid from June 2020 1 1 to June 2002 1 will not be recognized.
Enterprises need to prepare employee information in advance, including name, ID number, mobile phone number, overtime information, etc.
Employees without social security cards can apply for social security cards before filing. See Annex 3 for specific processing procedures.
In case of special circumstances that can't be solved by other systems, the district and county commercial departments will manually review them.
Other matters of intransitive verbs
All enterprises should strictly protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees and make every effort to meet the declaration conditions of foreign employees who remain in the economy.
All enterprises should file the letter of commitment, the publicity of employees staying in the economy, overtime wages of overtime employees and other related certification materials for future reference.
All districts and counties should strictly implement the territorial responsibility, and do a good job in the supervision and management of the inspection and spot check of application materials and the issuance of subsidy funds. If the reporting enterprise violates the promised content and the resort impersonates or takes subsidies by fraudulent means, it will be punished according to the law and regulations, and the funds already paid will be recovered.
