The company is now divided into nine departments, including Human Resources, Finance, Market Development, Purchasing and Logistics, Engineering, General Manager's Office, Operations, and Kitchen Administration, etc., and partially adjusts the organizational structure of the directly-operated stores, so as to make them take a step forward to the modernized hotels. Although the company has the right to supervise and guide the directly-operated stores, it also serves the directly-operated stores. Each directly-operated stores have the right to administrative independence, the company does not interfere, but regularly down to the stores to carry out inspections, the feedback results will be reported to the company for the next strategic plan adjustment.
