The alcohol content of beer is calculated by weight, usually 2%-5%. The higher the alcohol content of beer, the better the wine quality. The degree mark on the beer bottle refers to the sugar concentration of wort. 10 beer contains 100 grams of sugar per kilogram of wort. Beer can be divided into three categories according to wort concentration: 6-8 is a low-concentration beer with the lowest alcohol content (about 2%), which is most suitable for drinking as a cool drink in summer; 10-12 is a medium-concentration beer with an alcohol content of about 3.5%. 14-20 is a high-concentration beer with an alcohol content close to 5%. Beer with 12 or more is internationally recognized as high-grade beer. This kind of beer has a long brewing cycle and is resistant to storage.
