Chef's license is divided by level, *** divided into five levels:
1, primary (national vocational qualification level 5). After obtaining the primary vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years; obtaining the examination and certification of intermediate level skills by the labor and social security administration department; and obtaining the certificate of intermediate level skills by the labor and social security administration department. Recognized by the administrative department of labor and social security, to intermediate skills for the cultivation of vocational school vocational certificate;
3, senior (National Vocational Qualification Level 3). One of the following conditions for the third level of national vocational qualification: after obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years, through the advanced formal training for this occupation up to the prescribed standard number of hours, and obtain a certificate of graduation (completion); after obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 7 years;
College graduates of intermediate vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 7 years. Graduates of this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years; obtain the senior technical school or by the labor and social security administrative department of the examination and recognition of the vocational school for the cultivation of advanced skills as the goal of the vocational school graduation certificate;
4, technician (National Occupational Qualification Level 2). Those who have one of the following conditions shall be qualified for the second level of national vocational qualification: after obtaining the senior vocational qualification certificate of the occupation, continuously working in the occupation for more than 5 years, and obtaining the certificate of graduation (completion) through the formal training of the technician of the occupation up to the prescribed standard number of hours;
After obtaining the senior vocational qualification certificate of the occupation, continuously working in the occupation for more than 8 years; and obtaining the senior vocational qualification certificate of the occupation of the Graduates of senior technical school, continuously engaged in this occupation for 2 years;
5, senior technician (national vocational qualification level 1). One of the following conditions is the first level of national vocational qualification: after obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of technician in this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years, after the formal vocational training of senior technician in this occupation up to the standard number of hours and obtaining the certificate of graduation (completion); after obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of technician in this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.
The vocational qualification system is an important element of the labor and employment system and a special form of national examination system.
