neighbors can complain to the environmental protection department if they are too noisy. As a kind of noise pollution, it is illegal for neighbors to disturb people by noise. When the owner encounters the noise disturbance from the evil neighbor, it can be settled through negotiation first; If negotiation fails, you can complain to the industry Committee and urge the neighbors involved to rectify; If it is still invalid, you can directly report to the police or directly solve it through litigation.

If it is the noise caused by indoor decoration activities, loudspeakers in the square, hawking and other noises, it is mainly managed by public security organs. If it is related to air conditioning, restaurants and other social life and noise, then it is mainly managed by urban management. If it involves the noise generated by industrial enterprises, it is mainly managed by the Environmental Protection Bureau. If the noise is caused by traffic such as roads, it is mainly managed by the Traffic Commission.

Legal basis: Article 58 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution

Anyone who violates the provisions of this law and commits any of the following acts shall be given a warning by the public security organ and may also be fined:

(1) Using a tweeter in an urban area where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated;

(2) organizing entertainment, assembly and other activities in public places such as streets, squares and parks in urban areas in violation of the regulations of local public security organs, and using audio equipment, resulting in excessive volume that interferes with the surrounding living environment;

(3) failing to take measures in accordance with the provisions of Articles 46 and 47 of this Law, emitting environmental noise from the indoor environment that seriously interferes with the life of the surrounding residents.

article 59

those who violate the provisions of paragraph 2 of article 43 and paragraph 2 of article 44 of this law and cause environmental noise pollution shall be ordered by the competent department of ecology and environment of the local people's government at or above the county level to make corrections and may also be fined.
