Hanzhong Binjiang New District is not an administrative division, so there is no hierarchy. Binjiang New District is an important part of Hanzhong's "Double Hundred Cities" strategy, which is located in the core area of "one river and two banks" 5A-level scenic spot. The planned control area is 53 square kilometers, including five areas: Jiangbei area, Liangshan area, Longgang ecological and cultural park, Hanjiang waterfront ecological park and Dahekan area. It is a livable new city with tourism, leisure, business services and residence as a whole, based on Longgang Ancient Human Site and Longgang Ecological Culture Park, with Hanjiang River, wetlands and cross-strait cultural parks as the core, and focusing on urban public projects such as Tianhan Grand Theatre, Tianhan Building, Zhongzui Business District and Longgang Museum. The urban public facilities in the area are complete and the ecological environment is good.
