There are four levels in this profession, which are divided into four levels: public dietitian (national vocational qualification level 4), public dietitian (national vocational qualification level 3), public dietitian (national vocational qualification level 2) and public dietitian (national vocational qualification level 1).
level 4 public dietitian (who meets one of the following conditions)
(1) has been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 years.
(2) have a secondary school diploma in medicine or food.

Third-level public dietitian (who meets one of the following conditions)
(1) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years continuously.
(2) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of Grade IV public dietitian.
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of Grade-4 public dietitian, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by Grade-3 public dietitian to reach the required standard hours, and obtained the certificate of completion.
(4) College degree or above in medicine or food.
(5) Have a college degree or above in non-medical or food major, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 years.
(6) Have a college degree or above in non-medical or food specialty, have received the standard hours of formal training by a three-level dietitian, and have obtained a certificate of completion.
second-class public dietitian (who meets one of the following conditions)
(1) has been engaged in this occupation for more than 13 years.
(2) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-class public dietitian.
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-class public dietitian, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years continuously, and has been trained by the second-class public dietitian to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
(4) Having a bachelor's degree in medicine or food, and having obtained a third-class professional qualification certificate as a nutritionist, having been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously.
(5) Having a bachelor's degree in medicine or food, having obtained the professional qualification certificate of the third-class public dietitian, having been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years continuously, having received the required standard hours of formal training by the second-class public dietitian, and having obtained the certificate of completion.
(6) have a master's degree or above in medicine or food, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
First-class public dietitian (who meets one of the following conditions)
(1) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 19 years.
(2) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-class public dietitian.
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-class public dietitian, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by the first-class public dietitian to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
professional grade appraisal
is divided into three parts: professional ethics, theoretical knowledge and professional skills examination, in which the professional ethics and theoretical knowledge examination questions are multiple-choice questions, which are answered by using the title card. The test questions of professional skills are comprehensive applications, and they are answered by paper and pen. The exam is based on a 111-point system, and 61 points pass.
Specific assessment methods:
1. Complete the required study hours within the specified time;
2. Get the admission ticket.
3. Take the theoretical examination and skill examination at the appointed time and place.
4. Those who have scored 61 points or above in both the theory test and the skill test will be awarded a job training certificate by the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
