In order to alleviate the current situation of insufficient police force in our city, optimize the allocation of police force resources in our city, vigorously recruit outstanding social talents, and promote the work of "sinking police force and enriching the front line" of public security organs in our city, with the approval of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, Dongguan Public Security Bureau recruited people's police in 2009, with the spirit of "openness, equality and competition for the best" and with reference to the relevant spirit of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions on examination and employment in our city. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Applicants and Conditions

(1) Applicant

Open recruitment for previous graduates of ordinary colleges and universities and Dongguan household registration personnel with nationally recognized academic qualifications (some positions are relaxed to high school education).

(2) Application conditions

Second, the registration method

(1) Registration time: The registration time is from September/KLOC-0 to September 4, 2009 (four days * *), from 8: 30 am to 1 2: 00 pm and from 2: 30 pm to 5: 00 pm every day. In order to facilitate management, registration is carried out in stages according to the town (street) where the household registration is located. The specific arrangements are as follows:

September 1: John Wan, Hengli, Shipai, Qishi, Xiegang, Zhangmutou, Shatian and Songshan Lake;

September 2: Dongcheng, Gaochun, Shijie, Dongkeng, Qiaotou, Daojiao, nave, Houjie and Dalingshan;

September 3: Guancheng, Wangniudun, Qingxi, Fenggang, Tangxia, Humen, Chang 'an and Shilong;

September 4th: Cheng Nan, Da Lang, Changping, Mayong, Liaobu, Hongmei, Huangjiang and Chashan.

(2) Registration place: Dongguan People's Police Training School (address: Banqiao Road, Guanlong Road).

(3) Registration requirements

Use the on-site registration method. According to the published recruitment conditions and requirements, candidates should hold their household registration book, ID card and family planning certificate (which can be issued at the village committee or town-level family planning department where the household registration is located). Unmarried people should also provide proof that they have not violated family planning, otherwise they will not be registered), academic certificates (graduation certificate, degree certificate), and 5 recent bareheaded photos of themselves. Those with professional and technical skills should carry relevant professional and technical certificates. All the above certificates require originals and photocopies. Registration shall not be made by others.

After passing the preliminary examination, the applicants fill in the Registration Form for Recruiting Civilian Personnel of Dongguan Public Security Bureau as required, and issue a written examination admission ticket. The applicant shall be responsible for the submitted materials. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified from the examination or employment.

Applicants from urban families and poor rural families who enjoy the national minimum living allowance are exempt from registration, examination and other fees. Applicants who meet the conditions of exemption from examination fees should bring relevant certification materials to go through the formalities of reduction and exemption when registering on site. Applicants who enjoy the national minimum living allowance for urban families shall submit certificates and low guarantees (photocopies) issued by the civil affairs departments of counties (autonomous regions and municipalities) where their families are located, and applicants from poor rural families shall submit poverty alleviation certificates and basic information file cards (photocopies) issued by poverty alleviation offices (departments) of counties (autonomous regions and municipalities) where their families are located.

Third, the recruitment process

1, written test. The written test will be held on Saturday morning of September 19. The written test subject is the administrative professional ability test, which mainly tests the candidates' ability to engage in administrative work. The specific time and place of the written test shall be subject to the admission ticket.

After the written test is finished, the candidates will be sorted according to the written test results, and the interviewees will be determined according to the proportion of the number of recruitment positions: 1: 1.5. Candidates' written test scores and the list of interviewers will be announced to the public through the public website of Dongguan Municipal People's Government () and the Dongguan Police Network ().

2. Interview. Each unit forms several interview groups according to the number of finalists. Each interview team shall not be less than 7 examiners (including examiner 1 person, and invited personnel from the personnel department of Zhenjie organization and discipline inspection and other relevant departments to participate). In the form of interview, the interview examiner group will further examine the candidates' comprehensive analysis ability, planning and organization ability, adaptability, verbal expression ability, personal image, manners and so on, give objective evaluation opinions on the evaluation results, and make quantitative scores. The interview time and place will be announced separately. The written test and interview questions are entrusted by our bureau to the Guangdong Provincial Examinations Bureau to unify the proposition papers.

3. Physical examination. The shortlisted interviewers need to have a physical examination before taking up their posts. Except for height and eyesight, the physical examination standards are implemented according to the Physical Examination Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs of the Ministry of Public Security, including: liver function, halving hepatitis B, chest X-ray, urine routine and electrocardiogram. The time and place of physical examination, the list of specific participants and matters needing attention in physical examination will be notified separately.

4. Determine the candidates to be hired. According to the proportion of written examination accounting for 70% and interview accounting for 30%, the personal total score is obtained, sorted from high to low according to the total score, and the candidates to be hired are determined according to the number of recruitment positions.

5. Political commentary. The civilian personnel to be employed shall be examined by the public security organ at the place where the household registration is located, and their opinions shall be signed and stamped with the official seal.

6. Publicity. Those who do not meet the requirements for medical examination or political examination will not be hired, and the vacancies will be filled in the unsuccessful list according to the total score from high to low, and those who pass the medical examination and political examination will be announced on the bulletin board of the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Public Security Bureau. Go through the relevant formalities and officially go to work.

7. sign a contract. The employing unit will sign the Labor Contract for Civilian Personnel of Dongguan Public Security Bureau with the recruited personnel according to the provisions of the Labor Contract Law.

Four. Other related matters.

1. The salary and welfare benefits of civilian personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Salary of Civilian Personnel of Dongguan Public Security Bureau (for Trial Implementation).

2. Issue uniform work permits and uniforms to civilian personnel.

3. The accommodation of civilian personnel must be solved by themselves.

4. The daily management of civilian personnel shall be carried out by the employing unit in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Daily Management of Civilian Personnel of Dongguan Public Security Bureau.
