The cashier work in the next few days has become more and more familiar, so it will not be as hectic as the first night. 2. Find something to do if there is no goods to be loaded

Because the operation department in the supermarket implements the morning and evening shift system, I will work as a cashier in the morning shift and return to the supermarket as a shop assistant or tally clerk after work, so as to learn other operation requirements of the operation department. I think all members of the operation department should know how to load goods. No matter what position you are. Loading goods is one of the most basic operation practices of the operation department. Therefore, when the goods are fully replenished and there are not many customers, we should find something to do: wipe the shelves. After the shelf is not wiped for a period of time, there will be some dust. When customers see a dusty product, it feels like this product is old and old, so naturally they will not buy it. This not only leaves a bad impression on customers, but also prevents the goods from being sold. No one wants our things to be unsalable. 3. Learn how to buy more goods with less money.

After the internship in the operation department, we came to the purchasing department. What the purchasing department needs to learn is the whole purchasing process, which mainly includes the following steps: first, draw up a purchasing plan; second, negotiate with suppliers; third, submit the negotiation results to the leaders for approval; fourth, sign a contract after approval, and keep relevant information on file; fifth, assist stores to place orders; and sixth, track the sales of goods. In the internship position, I have been exposed to two aspects: communication with suppliers and submitting the communication results to the supervisor for approval. "Good quality and low price" is the essence of purchasing. Through negotiation and consultation with suppliers, we try our best to buy more low-priced and high-quality goods for the supermarket, so as to better serve the students. The operation and practice of this process need to carefully accumulate experience, improve working methods and improve working skills in order to achieve better quality and lower price, thus reducing our procurement costs.

4. The warehousing management should be clear and the warehousing work should be done well.

The warehousing department is the most complicated department in my opinion. There is a lot of work in warehousing. What we learn mainly includes receiving goods, filing and warehousing goods, pricing goods, paying attention to the storage and classification of inventory goods, and so on.

In the process of receiving goods, the supplier transports the goods into the supermarket, so we should learn how to check the order to see if our purchase order is consistent with the goods received. We learn to count and check the shelf life and production date. For the goods whose production date has passed a quarter of the shelf life, we reconsider whether to continue to accept the goods or reject them directly. This is based on our business interests and food safety.

We need to sample all the goods we receive and put them in storage, and check whether the prices of the goods we purchase are rising or falling, and then change our prices according to the gross profit margin for the goods with changed purchase prices. 5. Market research should be detailed and data analysis should be practical

Finally, our market research and data analysis. In the arranged market survey, we have two surveys, namely, commodity variety adjustment survey and business intelligence survey.

In the commodity variety adjustment survey, we designed a questionnaire, and conducted a sample survey of more than 11,111 people in Nanhai Campus, a freshman and sophomore, to find out the satisfaction degree of our school students on the commodity demand, commodity price and service attitude of Qihang Supermarket, as well as the opinions and suggestions on the placement of supermarket commodities, and then analyzed the collected data and wrote an analysis report, thus providing a powerful data for the supermarket to adjust its commodities.

In the business intelligence survey, we went to other supermarkets to see the prices, so as to make a comparison with the prices of goods in our supermarkets and find out the problems in the pricing of goods in our supermarkets. Supermarket is a business place, which is related to our interests. It is understandable that price wars exist between different business entities in different places.

We call ourselves "spies" about going to other supermarkets to see prices. As for being a "spy", I have summed up an experience: pretend to be a customer who buys things, and be like it! Generally, supermarkets are not suspicious of real customers. The most important thing is: you can't copy the price with a pen. Copying the price with a pen will not only attract the attention and suspicion of the staff in this supermarket (such as store managers, salespeople and tally clerks), but also the supermarkets are generally equipped with surveillance cameras, which are photographed and caught, and it is really a family debate. Assuming that our mobile phone has a recording function, we can secretly record the name and price of the goods, and then play the recording when we continue our investigation after going back, and listen to it once, so that we can know the pricing of the goods in the other supermarket. This method is quick, convenient and effective to prevent being caught in the investigation. Although it will take some time to listen to the investigation report again when you come back, on the whole, it is really a good method. Through the business intelligence investigation report, we analyze, compare and summarize the collected data, find out the shortcomings of our sailing supermarket, and readjust our prices for some commodities, so as to make the operation of sailing supermarket more perfect, more acceptable to students and better serve our students.

The three-week internship really flies. After the internship, I don't have a bad opinion of Qihang Supermarket, but I still have some suggestions on the operation of Qihang Supermarket.

1. I think that Qihang Supermarket should consider moving its business place to the former Jiulong Supermarket. Or, open a sub-supermarket in the former Jiulong supermarket. First of all, I think the current geographical location of Qihang Supermarket is not conducive to students on some dormitory floors to buy goods, and the entrance and exit of Qihang Supermarket are indeed not conducive to students' shopping. The procedures for storing bags have become complicated because of the entrance and exit problems. The restrictions on the entrance and exit of supermarkets have really attracted a lot of dissatisfaction and complaints from students. Even because of this, students do not come to the supermarket to shop, but prefer to go shopping elsewhere. To solve these problems, Qihang Supermarket should really reconsider the inconvenience of its own geographical location and consider the solutions.

2. Qihang Supermarket should really set up a better system of goods storage. There are still some unreasonable places in the placement of goods in supermarkets. For example, many students don't know where the batteries are placed, or the purchase of breakfast bread is so close to the exit, but students are forced to take a detour to enter, store, buy breakfast, export, and then turn back to the entrance to get their own bags, which takes more time. Therefore, I think the placement and storage of goods really need to be seriously considered again.
