Brief introduction of Shouyi Square
North Square, lush cedar, rows of palm trees, square flower beds, winding paths, patchwork, colorful.

In the South Square, the statues of martyrs Peng, Liu and Yang were recast with red sandstone that will not be weathered in 1000. Square lamps are also novel and unique in shape, which has become a new landscape in the market. At night, all the lights are on, and the whole square is shrouded in white fog. The shadow of the flower is covered with a thin veil, which is particularly mysterious and charming.

In 2007, Shouyi Square will be integrated with the surrounding areas, and vehicles crossing the Yangtze River Bridge will take the underground tunnel of the Square. The reformed Shouyi Square aims to highlight two major cultural tourism brands, namely Xinhai Shouyi Cultural District and Yellow Crane Tower Theme Park. The whole Shouyi Square, including the area surrounded by the south of Sheshan, the east of Hubei Theatre, the north of Pengliuyang Road and the two sides of Wuchang Road, has a total area of 1.20 mu, of which the main square covers an area of about 60 mu. The square consists of two axes, namely, the north-south memorial axis and the east-west cultural landscape axis. At the intersection of the two axes, there is a large fountain flower bed with the pattern of eighteen stars and stripes on it, which highlights the history of the first meaning of 1911 here.

On the eve of the 90th anniversary of the Revolution of 1911, in September 2000, the Wuhan Geographical Names Committee approved the naming of Shouyi Square. Its geographical location is "located in Wuchang District, bordering Wuchang Road and Shouyi New Village in the east, cavalry training ground middle school in the south, the intersection of Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge approach bridge, Wu Luo Road and Peng Liu Yang Road in the west, Hubei Theatre in the north and Snake Mountain in the north."

In order to welcome the 0/00th anniversary of the Revolution of 1911, the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government completely renovated the original Shouyi Square and its surrounding roads, and built a new Xinhai Revolution Museum and a146,000 square meter green square on the south side of the square. Now, the newly-built square is merged with the original square and named Shouyi Square, and its area has been expanded from 73,500 square meters of 200/kloc-0 to 2 1.95 million square meters. Xinshouyi Square is located in the jurisdiction of the Yellow Crane Tower Sub-district Office in Wuchang District, bordering Wuchang Road and Chushan Street in the east, Zhangzhidong Road in the south, Sports Street in the west and Yellow Crane Tower East Road in the north. Pengliuyang Road passes through the middle of the square, and the underground pedestrian passage connects the north and south areas.

Shouyi Square has a newly named Honglou Road, which starts from Yellow Crane Tower East Road in the north and ends at Sports Street in the west. Visitors can cross the underground passage from the inscription of "the first floor in the world" in Wuhan Yellow Crane Tower Park, and they can reach the Red Building through this road.
