I don't think so. The original unit can handle it online or APP.
At the time of tax refund, the tax authorities need to recover the tax payment vouchers originally paid by citizens and issue new tax payment vouchers to citizens according to the new tax situation.
Therefore, the tax authorities can not directly refund part of the tax first, but can only refund the original tax in full after the citizens pay taxes again according to the New Deal tax rate.
Compared with paying taxes, the tax refund link is really a bit cumbersome. When applying for tax refund, citizens need to submit the tax refund explanation (lessor, collection point), copy of tax payment certificate, copy of real estate license, copy of lease agreement, rent invoice and refund, copy of bank card or passbook and ID card, bank account information statement and power of attorney (the lessor entrusts the collection point and the agent entrusted by the collection point).
In addition to submission, citizens should also show the original electronic tax payment voucher, the original real estate license, the lease agreement and the original rent invoice.
