Model essay on work experience of epidemic prevention volunteers
My name is XXX, and I am a first-year graduate student majoring in communication in XXX University. At the same time, I am also a young volunteer for community epidemic prevention and control in party member. In XXX, I submitted my application for joining the Party in Jilaoqing Community, jiaotong street, Dongsheng District, Ordos City. During the national COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control war, community work doubled. When I was in trouble, I saw grassroots party member rushing to the front line of community epidemic prevention. I quickly got close to party member's consciousness of fighting for the people and joined the February 18 Volunteer Service Team.
During the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic, I took online classes at night, made epidemic propaganda videos, and served residents in various communities during the day. In the past 28 days of volunteer service, the propaganda video of epidemic prevention and control has covered 5,000 residents. I registered, checked and sorted out information about 650 residents in three communities (Taikoo International Community, Panheng No.4 Community and No.4 Neighborhood of Jilaoqing North Road). Investigate and visit 150 individual industrial and commercial households to understand the situation of returning to work and production; Call residents returning from key provinces on time every day and report their health status during home isolation in time; Monitor the body temperature of more than 500 people; Distribute daily necessities, thermometers and isolation notices to more than 20 home isolation medical observers in a "non-contact" way.
The epidemic in COVID-19 is not so merciful, and community work is full of ups and downs, but these are all things that must be experienced to fight the epidemic. When we won the war against the epidemic, we felt that all the grievances, anxiety and panic we had experienced before were the same as yours. The most important thing was to supplement our knowledge and temper our hearts during this journey. The most commendable thing is that love and responsibility complement each other, and my personality has been perfected through time.
Review on the work experience of health and epidemic prevention volunteers
I have been fighting in a hospital for nearly 36 days and nights since I arrived in Wuhan on October 25th, 65438. The pace of work in the front line of the war and epidemic is hectic, but I have been used to it for nearly 30 years. This is a battle against the epidemic. I am fighting in the front line, and my initial heart and mission will be realized.
As a member of the expert group of the National Health Planning Commission, I rushed to a hospital in Wuhan to participate in the rescue work on October 25th, 65438. I don't see any reason to refuse it. As an ICU doctor, this is my job and I should do it.
So-and-so hospital is the designated hospital for COVID-19 treatment. Since 7 cases of unexplained pneumonia were treated on February 29th last year, more than 500 cases of COVID-19 patients/kloc-0 were treated, most of which were severe and critical. When I first arrived in a hospital, there were many patients who needed treatment, many of whom were seriously ill. At that time, the medical staff in a hospital had been working continuously for more than a month, which was really unbearable. During that time, the medical strength of the hospital was out of proportion to the growth rate of severe patients, which increased the difficulty of treatment. The South Sixth Ward I am in charge of is an ICU ward transformed from a general ward. As an infectious disease hospital, a hospital usually doesn't have too many severe patients, so there is only one ICU ward, 16 beds. In this special period, there were not enough beds in the hospital, and two-story general wards were temporarily transformed to treat severe patients.
In order to make patients get good and effective treatment as soon as possible, my medical team and I went deep into the ward to understand the patients' situation one by one and carefully sort out the treatment process and management methods. Because the patient's data, laboratory tests and videos are all in the work area, while the patient, blood gas list and nursing list are all polluting the ward, which is very different from the usual work habits. The medical team and I will take appropriate measures according to the situation. Every morning, according to the patient's laboratory results, the change of the patient's condition at night and the imaging examination, adjust the treatment and medication, determine the treatment plan and operation content of the day, then put on protective clothing, enter the ward, make rounds and complete the operation. Even if the operation is not much, it takes an average of 2 hours. Because of the lack of protective equipment, I can only reduce the number and frequency of doctors going in. As long as I am there, I must go in to see the patient. Go in at once and finish as much work as possible. At the same time, take risks and complete the most high-risk tracheal intubation and tracheotomy.
At present, the rescue work has been carried out more and more orderly, and the treatment and recovery of patients are much better than before. When I first arrived in a hospital, the first problem I faced was that this temporarily assembled team needed to run in. The medical staff in the team come from different medical institutions, and each person's professional background, working methods and habits are different, so they need to constantly adapt to the running-in process. However, everyone has entered a new role as soon as possible, adapted to new posts, and their work is getting smoother and smoother.
Only in the darkest night can you see the most beautiful starlight. The road is tortuous and the future is bright. Although the process is very painful, I always believe that I will succeed in the end!
This is my position.
Comments on Fan Wensan's Work Experience as an Epidemic Prevention Volunteer
The two-week volunteer service to support the first-line anti-epidemic is coming to an end. Our third anti-epidemic working group has a total of 17 people, five of whom are arranged at the city bus station, and 12 people are stationed in a street 12 community. On March 2, our support for frontline volunteer service was officially launched. The epidemic prevention team in our community undertakes the work of home isolation supervision, personnel investigation, distribution of protective masks, epidemic prevention propaganda, and temperature detection of people passing by the monitoring station. During this time, I realized that community work is not easy to do, and there are many demands from the masses. When distributing masks, residents also said, "These masks are not rare. Why do you want these five masks?"
Sometimes the home isolators we supervise "don't listen" and sneak out, not answering video and voice calls many times, and playing cat-and-mouse games with us. What we do is so complicated that we do fixed tasks every day and can only do every little thing dutifully.
There are also teammates in the bus station group in the city. Their work is more tiring. More than 400 buses return to Dongguan every day. At least 3000 passengers going to Dongguan were asked to check their body temperature, verify their identities and ask about the latest itinerary. Five teammates take turns on duty from 8 am to 8 pm 10, but never shout tired.
In order to solve the problem that the passenger flow is difficult to dredge, the members of the team made a QR code poster during the break to inquire about their personal itinerary. They also provide private chargers and disinfect children and the elderly when individual passengers lack chargers. Although the epidemic has widened the distance between people, our concern has not diminished.
The voluntary service to support the front-line anti-epidemic will end tomorrow. I didn't expect my heart to be sad. I thought of my teammates who fought side by side for 14 days, every staff member in the community, and neighbors in the community, which made me feel the warmth of the epidemic. Tomorrow, we will hand over the work. I thought that the last special person in our Shengli community who was isolated at home for more than a month would be removed after the isolation. At the end of work, the number of people returning to Dongguan in Hubei surged, and the workload on the front line was even greater. However, the unblocking of Hubei Province gives us hope that life will gradually return to normal. This late spring has arrived.
Review on the work experience of health and epidemic prevention volunteers
Busy work, let me forget what day it is today, forget what day it is today, and really can't remember the specific day when I was sent to XXX Economic Development Zone to help. Open the dense notebook, and every time the participants, places, contents and other items are recorded in detail, but the date is not recorded. I finally know that today is Saturday, and I want to rest for two days. I learned that the main leaders of the park will go to the grassroots level to supervise and inspect. I come from home to see what problems still exist at the grassroots level.
The first stop, I came to Jiuhua, the second branch of Hongqi Community in Jiuhua Street. The propaganda loudspeaker at the door has been broadcasting COVID-19's knowledge of prevention and control. The leaders were stopped by the security guard at the door, and they needed to register one by one and take their temperature before they were released. After going in, ask what the property prevention and control work has done and how to do it. Then they rushed to the community. A staff member gave us a detailed introduction of all the party member they launched in the community, as well as two doctors from Heping Street Community Health Service Center. They visited more than 5,000 households in four communities, distributed publicity materials, registered the basic information of all residents, and established a health monitoring table for key populations. I checked the management information of returnees in Hubei, and the work is still in place. How to manage, every staff member is very clear.
The second stop came to the temperature detection point in a township. The propaganda atmosphere is strong, and propaganda slogans and warm tips can be seen everywhere. We were also asked to take everyone's temperature before entering the village. It's raining outside and the wind is biting. Looking at the busy staff, I feel a little distressed. I told them not to work too hard, and choose to take the temperature mainly, and choose to take the temperature of strangers who want to enter the village or people who feel uncomfortable. The leaders gave holiday condolences to the staff present, and told everyone that we must guard the north gate for XXX.
At the third stop, I arrived at the University of Science and Technology Community in Heping Street, and the horn at the door kept broadcasting the knowledge of prevention and control in COVID-19. I extracted a personnel management situation that needs home isolation. 14-day temperature monitoring is meticulous, and the recently issued unified form is used, so the staff work in a standardized way and have clear ideas. The leaders expressed their condolences to Dr. Zhao, the manager in charge of close contacts in the whole region. Season's greetings to all other employees present!
Then, a dispatch meeting was held in the Economic Development Zone. ...
In the afternoon, I will review the details of the people who came into contact with the pre-onset cases compiled by the little girl in the development zone and report them to the municipal emergency office. ...
I once came to Jiuhua with trepidation, and got to know Ren Huang, the director of the government, Liu Hua, the director of culture, education and health, the township streets ... and two little girls, Zhou Xiao and Xiao Zhang, who always accompanied me. I sincerely admire their work ability and work style!
During the afternoon break, I felt something. When I first came here, I often reported to the leaders of the Economic Development Zone that the responsibilities of some units were unclear and the propaganda atmosphere of prevention and control knowledge was not strong ... But after today's inspection, I couldn't help but express my feelings in the dispatching working group of the Economic Development Zone: this morning, I accompanied the leaders of the Economic Development Zone to Hongqi Community in Jiuhua Street, Hongsha Village in a township and Keda Community in Heping Street. The work of these three units has its own characteristics, and the staff have a high sense of responsibility and mission. They are serious. Like it for everyone, I wish you all a happy Lantern Festival!
Although I am not a leader, I also hope to warm our hearts with some objective evaluations and cheer us up!
Finally, I quoted a sentence from Jiuhua epidemic prevention personnel: "If bloom is warm in spring, we will be prosperous!"
Review on the work experience of health and epidemic prevention volunteers
During the Spring Festival of 20__ _ _, the epidemic began to spread in Wuhan and Hubei, but I never imagined that this epidemic would bring great changes to our lives. We were involved in this "anti-epidemic" struggle and became participants. As photographers, we hope to be a recorder without affecting the anti-epidemic situation.
After the Spring Festival, the epidemic prevention and control escalated, and medical personnel, police, community workers and other functional personnel began to carry out intensive and busy home inspection, duty, medical treatment and other work, and our work mode also became online office. On February 4th, our unit recruited the first batch of 20 volunteers, and I took the lead in signing up. On February 7th, after a two-day household survey,1more than 20 policemen were divided into 8 groups and entered 8 communities to start 24-hour duty. My anti-epidemic image also started from this time.
On February 7, a citizen's residential area was a newly-built residential area, which had not yet fully entered the household and the surrounding facilities were incomplete. The unit on duty temporarily blocked the yard, and the personnel on duty are registering the residents entering and leaving the community.
February 8, the fifteenth day of the first month, the temperature was MINUS 20 degrees. Secretary Ding of the Political and Legal Committee inspected the closed management of some card stalls in the jurisdiction. The pharmacy building in the downtown area has no property, no yard and mixed people. Secretary Ding is listening to the director of the court office introducing closed management. This should be the Lantern Festival for family reunion. My colleague and I are on duty at the card point. Most of the communities are old residential buildings, the property management is not perfect, and there is no property room, so the work on duty is very stressful.
February 10, it snowed lightly at night, and at 6: 50 in the morning, the street was empty and cold. On the way to work, the orange color of sanitation workers adds a little warmth. Because there is no place for people on duty at the checkpoint where I am on duty, the police car has been our office for more than a month, and the hood of the car and the motorcycle of the courier parked in front of the door are our workstations. Ms. Luo, who is registered in the above picture, is a community worker and the first one to go to work in our community every day. This Spring Festival, they are also the hardest people.
On the evening of February 20th, the weather forecast said there would be a snowstorm. The doorman in a residential area is on duty at the fence surrounded by barbed wire, checking the documents of the people entering and leaving, and making registration. Tongxin Road expressway checkpoint consists of traffic police, epidemic prevention and government personnel on duty. Our hospital also has a pioneer post in party member, which operates twice a day. A post has to work 12 hours, and all meals are in the car or in the temporary board room. It is very difficult to register people coming and going, take their temperature, guide them and persuade them to return. The red armband of police car lights represents responsibility and also bears witness to these people's regrets.
There are four couples working in this hospital to fight the epidemic. Some of them are newlyweds, and some children are still young. They overcame many difficulties and tried to do something for the anti-epidemic work. The girl Zhang Xiaojiao is the youngest among our recent 130 volunteers. 19 she just graduated from the university, saying that her brothers and sisters are young and have taken the initiative to report the night shift. It's been a month and a half without a day's interruption. In this anti-epidemic work, there are many feelings. Among the volunteers, they rushed to sign up. Night shift post, boys volunteer, the whole city is closed, and the traffic is inconvenient. The drivers insisted on escorting from morning till night.
At 7: 00 a.m. on February 2 1, after the heavy snow, the police wearing pink vests of female volunteers took the initiative to participate in the snow sweeping work in the community. Check, register mobile phone number, check identity information, ask about travel route and return time. Every day, hundreds of people register in and out of residential areas with many households, and check them one by one to ensure that nothing is lost. The red vest has become the warmest color this winter. In the fight against the epidemic, most of the red vest volunteers who are active in the streets are veterans. "If there is a call, they will come back." They help to find out the bottom, check the health code, guide the supermarket to line up, and register the people entering and leaving, which has become another main force in fighting the epidemic.
At 8: 30 in the morning, sanitation workers are eating dry food in the ice and snow. I asked him if he didn't eat in the morning. He said he did, but he came out at six o'clock. Now he is hungry. Opposite Shuaifa Community, bailiff Xiao Feng saw sanitation workers eating dry food in the ice and snow, and immediately sent mineral water to the master. Blizzard disaster, shooting, sanitation workers said that heavy snow, they have to sleep for at least a week, during the epidemic prevention and control period, health requirements are higher and stricter, garbage removal task is big, sanitation workers are very hard.
Review on the work experience of health and epidemic prevention volunteers
Today is a special day. After 57 days of fighting, 24 members of our hospital who supported Xiaogan City, Hubei Province finally won.
He has successively moved to Hanchuan City and Xiaochang County, which belong to Xiaogan City, and achieved good "record" in the epidemic prevention battles in the two places.
65438129 October, when the medical team first arrived in Hanchuan, there were no cured cases discharged from this city. On February 15, when we left, 92 cases had been cured and discharged from Hanchuan, and no one in Chongqing medical team was infected.
On February, 2005 15, we moved to Xiaochang county, and only 1 confirmed patients were cured and discharged. After more than a month of "fighting", when we are ready to leave today, Xiaochang County's anti-epidemic campaign has achieved a staged victory-all local patients in Xiaochang County were cleared of "zero" on March 1 1 day, and 243 cases were diagnosed, 232 cases were discharged and 8 cases died in this county. The remaining 3 patients have been transferred to Xiaogan Central Hospital for further treatment. The local medical staff in Xiaochang and the medical staff in Xiaochang Branch of Chongqing Medical Team are all zero-infected.
At the parting moment, Xiaogan held a grand farewell ceremony for the Chongqing medical team, and the members of the medical team who were about to return were treated with the highest courtesy by Xiaogan!
Early in the morning, Xiaogan citizens who came spontaneously came to see off the returning Xiaogan support team in Chongqing. Xiaogan Women's Federation organized skillful embroidered mothers to express their deep gratitude with small auspicious embroidery with silk as paper, thread as ink and needle as pen.
In the farewell crowd, a family of three held a little girl's thank-you painting, which also said, "Thank you for lighting up the darkness, making it bright, paying tribute to all the medical staff, and thanking you for guarding!"
There are also local citizens holding five-star red flags to thank the medical team members! They said, your kindness, we will always remember it!
When we leave, the police motorcycle will clear the way! The traffic police in Xiaochang County, Xiaogan City escorted our bus out of Xiaochang with the highest courtesy.
In the process of the bus leaving Xiaochang, the vehicles on the road also stopped to whistle for us. The harsh whistle in the past now sounds full of emotion. While waving the national flag or waving, the citizens shouted words of thanks. We also raised our hands. Tears filled my eyes and I deeply felt the endless joy of victory.
Parting is not parting. Our hospital reached an agreement with the First People's Hospital of Xiaochang County on the cooperation of medical associations. In the future, we will make more contributions to the development of local medical and health undertakings, leaving a medical team that Xiaochang County can't take away.
Review on the work experience of health and epidemic prevention volunteers
Recently, there is a variety show called "The Year of Fighting". When I saw this name, my mind was the Wuhan I was going to, which was more like a "year without regrets" for me. The time to fight the epidemic has passed quickly, but we are depicting your face and mine bit by bit. March 20th was the 4th1day of our support in Wuhan. It was a special day and the weather was fine. My friend, please grow towards the sunshine. I can see you clearly when we meet again.
March 20th is the day when we return to XXX. Wake up at 3: 30 in the morning, sit on the bed and look at Wuhan in the dark. There are a lot of lights. This morbid city is gradually recovering. This world depicts you and me, making our world colorful; It makes us cry and surprise us, but we meet like this, always say goodbye, always get together and leave, and always walk on a long road.
I can't bear to part with Dai Yue, the place where I once fought, and every friend who gave me a smile and encouragement. It's half past five, and I cleaned the room again. I want to leave my best state to Wuhan. I feel very sad when I look at the clean and tidy room. Everything in this room is full of memories. This is not only my room, but also a place full of memories. I want to pack this full time and memories into my heart like luggage. But when I saw this neat room, it seemed a little lost and empty.
After breakfast in the morning, everyone began to shout for a group photo. Happily, we have finished the first stage of victory, but sadly, the moment of parting has finally arrived. When we took various photos as a souvenir, the dean of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University and the leaders of Dongxihu District came to see us off, and their eyes were full of gratitude. We can't see everyone's face clearly under the mask, but at the moment our hearts are together. Maybe the sun is too dazzling, how can I let my tears flow down?
Life, meet all the way, meet all the way.
At 9: 30 that day, we got on the bus on time and set off for Wuhan Railway Station. From the moment we drove, the hotel staff, security personnel and leaders all saluted us and waved the national flag to see us off. Along the way, the police car cleared the way, the car made way for us and honked its horn to pay tribute to us. The residents upstairs waved to us and the police on duty saluted us. I am deeply shocked and very proud. When the country is in crisis, we are United as one. Although we are going to part, we are grateful in our hearts, thanks to your's deep friendship.
10: 20, we arrived at Wuhan Railway Station. Leaders at all levels came to see me off. Volunteers on both sides shouted: Thank you, come on, Wuhan! It's really shocking, and everyone's mood is self-evident.
1 1 45, the high-speed train was issued on time, watching our friends say goodbye on the platform and drift away. I have always wanted to do something for Wuhan, so I ordered three boxes of sterilized paper towels to give to the patients I met in Fangcang Hospital as a token of my gratitude. Love has an end, righteousness is still there, goodbye friends, take care of each other!
After 40 days of aid to Hubei, the highest courtesy awaits us when we return to familiar Guangzhou! For me, it's just a month's work in another place. What an honor! Grateful! Through the process system of epidemic prevention and control, I love my motherland and my people more. I come from China, and I am very proud!
Comments on the Work Experience of Fan Wenba, an Epidemic Prevention Volunteer
"Remember to wear a mask and gloves!"
"yes! Don't forget, and remember to change the mask in time! "
"Son, review your lessons at home, don't worry your parents!"
……
Since the third day of the New Year's Day, these conversations have been repeated by teachers, couples and XXX every day.
So-and-so and so-and-so are teachers in so-and-so street, and they have been in the party for more than ten years. On New Year's Eve, I learned that XXX's education system wanted to recruit 30 epidemic prevention volunteers, and both husband and wife wanted to sign up, but in this way, the son in grade three was at home alone, with no one to take care of him, eat or drink, and no one to urge him to study. After discussion, the couple decided that the wife would take part in volunteer work and the husband would take care of the children at home.
On the third day of the first month, due to the serious epidemic situation, XXX's education system sent a volunteer solicitation notice again, and XXX could no longer sit still. The son said sensibly, "Mom and Dad, don't worry, I will study hard at home!" " ! I'll steam the rice until you come back to cook ... "
With his son's promise, XXX joined the ranks of volunteers with confidence.
Every morning, the couple reminded each other to wear masks and gloves, and then went to their respective posts. So-and-so goes to Shuangdun Village in the westernmost part of so-and-so, and so-and-so goes to Putian Village in the easternmost part of so-and-so. Although "each goes his own way", the couple's hearts want to be together: each does his job and hopes that this battle will end soon!
