5. Employees who commit the following acts will be given administrative sanctions of dismissal, and if losses are caused to the company, the company will investigate their legal responsibilities according to law.

Article 3. Punishment procedure

Generally, the punishment of employees is put forward by the person in charge of the department where the employees work, investigated and approved by the Human Resources Department, and implemented after being reported to the General Manager for decision.

When employees are punished, the human resources department will issue a written notice of punishment and publicize it in the company. At the same time, the punishment above the demerit will be recorded in my file. When an employee is dismissed, the Human Resources Department shall file with the superior competent department and the Ministry of Labor and Personnel.

Article 4. Punishment of complaints

When giving employees administrative sanctions and economic penalties, they should find out the facts, obtain evidence, discuss with the company and seek the opinions of the trade union, and make a careful decision.

After the employee's punishment is approved, if the person being punished refuses to accept it, he can appeal over the top, but before the company makes a decision to change the original punishment, the original decision will still be implemented.

Section IV Supplementary Provisions
