First, strictly control banquet activities.
During the Spring Festival, we advocate "delaying weddings and funerals and not hosting banquets", strictly control wedding banquets, birthday banquets, full moon banquets and school banquets, and banquets with more than five tables must be reported in strict accordance with the prescribed procedures. The number of tables in the banquet hall hosted by catering units shall be controlled within 75% of the number of tables that can be accommodated.
Second, the implementation of banquet reporting procedures
1. Urban and rural residents who hold banquets with more than 5 tables at home shall fill in the banquet registration form and the commitment letter for epidemic prevention and control, and report to the village committee where they live in advance.
2. Urban and rural residents come to the store to hold banquets, and there are five tables to 15, fill in the banquet declaration form and the commitment letter for epidemic prevention and control, and report to the village Committee where the household registration is located in advance. The banquet hotel shall report to the local market supervision department with the Banquet Report signed by the village committee, and the local market supervision department shall send a copy to the local township. 15 table or more, fill in the catering report and the epidemic prevention and control commitment, and report to the village Committee where the household registration is located in advance. Catering hotels should hold the "Banquet Report" signed by the village committee, and report to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters after being audited by the local market supervision department.
3. If the staff of organs, enterprises and institutions hold banquets, there are 5 tables to 15 tables, fill in the Report on Catering and the Commitment on Epidemic Prevention and Control, and report to the local unit. The restaurant shall report to the local market supervision department with the Banquet Report signed by the local unit, and the local market supervision department shall send a copy to the local township. Table 15 or more, fill in the Banquet Report and the Commitment on Epidemic Prevention and Control, and report to the local unit. Catering hotels should report to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters with the "Banquet Report" signed by local units and audited by local market supervision departments.
Note: If the public does not hold or participate in banquets without prevention and control measures, the organizer shall strictly follow the reporting procedures and shall not invite people in any of the following circumstances to participate in the banquets: ① people who have lived in high-risk areas and local cases within 14 days, or people who have lived in foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan within 28 days; ② COVID-19 confirmed, suspected or asymptomatic infected persons and their close contacts, sub-close contacts, or other persons in centralized isolation and home health monitoring; ③ Among the asymptomatic infected patients who have been cured and discharged from hospital and who have been released from centralized isolation medical observation, they are still in the follow-up period or health observation period; ④ Persons whose health codes are displayed as yellow codes or red team.
