1. Advocating local festivals. It is unnecessary for citizens not to go to cities with medium and high risk areas or local epidemics, and try to reduce cross-city travel. If you really need to travel, pay attention to the epidemic situation, know the epidemic risk level and epidemic prevention measures of the destination in advance, do a good job in personal protection and travel report, and pay attention to epidemic prevention and safety during the trip.

In the past 7 days, people who have come (returned) to Suzhou with a history of living in the county (city, district, banner) where the local positive infection is located or the high-risk area is located will make their own declaration or take the initiative to report to the destination community (village), hotel and unit through the "information registration platform for people coming (returning) to Suzhou" 24 hours in advance, and actively cooperate with the implementation of management measures such as nucleic acid detection and health monitoring. Those who do not take the initiative to report, conceal their itinerary during the reporting process, and fail to fulfill the corresponding health management and other prevention and control regulations, resulting in the spread of the epidemic or serious consequences, will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility according to the law and regulations.

third, cooperate with the "landing inspection". In accordance with the principle of "voluntary, free, take and leave, and no restrictions on mobility", migrant workers across provinces should actively cooperate with the local authorities to complete the "landing inspection" after arriving at their destinations, advocate completing the nucleic acid test twice within 3 days (with an interval of 24 hours), and do a good job in health monitoring. People who come (return) to Suzhou can conduct free nucleic acid testing at the nearest normalized convenience nucleic acid sampling points such as railway station, bus station, expressway exit, service area and community.
