Article 9: Lease Priority
After the lease expires, if Party A continues to lease the house, under the same conditions, Party B has the priority to lease. If Party B really can't find a house after the lease expires, Party A will give a one-month grace period, during which the rent is the same as the agreed rent.
Article 10: Conditions for exemption
If the contract cannot be performed due to force majeure or government actions, both parties shall bear supplementary responsibilities. The actual rent is calculated according to the number of days of stay.

Article 1 1: dispute settlement method
In case of any dispute during the performance of this contract, both parties shall first negotiate amicably. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit can be brought to the court where the house is located.
