Recently, some consumers found that the price of Haidilao dishes increased. On the evening of April 5, the relevant person in charge of Haidilao responded in an interview with the Beijing News reporter that the price increase was affected by the epidemic situation and rising costs, but the overall price adjustment of dishes was controlled at 6%, and different cities implemented differentiated pricing.
However, the news of this price increase has aroused widespread concern among consumers, and some consumers have bluntly said that they can't afford it and feel very hurt. In response to this reaction, Haidilao said in a letter of apology on April 11: "This price increase is a wrong decision made by the company's management, which has hurt the interests of Haidilao customers, and we are deeply concerned about it." Therefore, the company decided that the price of food in all stores would be restored to the standard before the store closed on October 26, 2121.
At the same time, Haidilao said that different stores in Haidilao implement differentiated pricing. Considering the operating costs, consumption levels, market environment and other factors where the stores are located, there will be some differences in food prices among each store. At present, we offer discounts ranging from 69% discount to 79% discount for the self-lifting business launched by various stores. The company will improve the packaging materials before April 25 and continue to optimize the cost, hoping that customers will be satisfied.
