The contact process between spraying section and packing section is also a heat and mass transfer process of materials. By controlling the flow and storage time of the empty tower, the integrity and stability of the whole process are ensured. For some acidic gases with poor chemical activity, it is necessary to add a certain amount of surfactant to the absorption solution. The top of the tower is a demisting section to remove the liquid droplets absorbed in the gas, and the treated clean air enters the atmosphere from the exhaust pipe at the upper part of the purification tower. ?

3. Catalytic combustion waste gas treatment equipment?

Catalytic combustion is a typical gas-solid catalytic reaction. With the help of the catalyst, catalytic combustion reduces the activation energy of the reaction, at the same time, reactant molecules are enriched on the surface of the catalyst, which improves the reaction rate, makes it burn flameless at a lower ignition temperature (200~300℃), oxidizes and decomposes into CO2 and H2O, and releases a lot of heat. ?
