Article 71 The meanings of the following terms in these Measures:
Small food production and processing workshops refer to individual producers who have fixed production and processing sites, fewer employees, small production and processing scale and simple production conditions, and are engaged in traditional and low-risk food production and processing activities.
a food vendor refers to a food business operator who temporarily occupies roads, squares and other outdoor public places to set up stalls and scaffolding and engage in food sales or on-site production and sales outside the centralized trading market or fixed shops.
article 71 the food hygiene license of a small food production and processing workshop that has obtained the food hygiene license before the implementation of the food safety law shall remain valid within the validity period, and a production license of a small food production and processing workshop shall be applied for after the expiration of the validity period in accordance with the provisions of these measures; Other small food production and processing workshops existing before the implementation of these Measures shall apply for the production license of small food production and processing workshops within six months from the date of implementation of these Measures.
operators of centralized disinfection services for tableware who have obtained business licenses before the implementation of these measures shall apply for health supervision and audit within six months from the date of implementation of these measures.
article 72 these measures shall come into force as of February 1, 2111.
