So, how do successful entrepreneurs with low academic qualifications communicate with highly educated talents or turtle elites? What should they do if they have communication obstacles in their daily work?
With this question, Xu Xiaoping, the founder of Zhenge Fund, gave us a vivid example:
He said that he had a friend who wanted to be the boss of a great catering enterprise in China, but he only had junior high school education and worked as a chef for a long time. Along the way, the boss has been able to manage more than 20 Michelin-rated restaurants. If you ask him what his education is now, I will tell you that he is almost a doctor. He started his own business again and again and constantly improved himself. He studied junior college, MBA, and then doctor.
Therefore, low education is not a problem at all, and mass entrepreneurs should not think that so many Daniel with low education can succeed in starting a business. Of course, they can do it themselves, but you don't see the hard work behind Daniel. If you want to reach a certain height, you must work harder, or you will know nothing about what your subordinates say. How can you grasp the direction of the whole company?
Xu Xiaoping said that we should waste time on beautiful things, which is the lifestyle of the middle class, not our entrepreneurs.
