Of the three industries with the lowest average annual wages, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery was 15,559 yuan, 34.5% of the provincial average; while accommodation and catering was 28,971 yuan, 64.2% of the provincial average; and water conservancy, environment and public **** facilities management was 30,674 yuan, 68.0% of the provincial average. The ratio of the highest to the lowest average wage in the industry was 5.36:1, widening the gap with 5.0:1.

By type of registration, the highest annual average wage in other ownership units, 47,004 yuan; followed by 43,351 yuan in state-owned units; the third is the collective units, 36,358 yuan.
