1.0 purpose
Standardize the daily cleaning operation management, ensure the quality of cleaning service, and provide comfortable, clean and elegant living environment for business households.
2.0 scope
Applicable to the daily cleaning management of the property companies (management offices) under the jurisdiction of the property group.
3.0 responsibility
3. 1 The manager of the Ministry of Environment and Health is responsible for the inspection and assessment of daily cleaning.
3.2 The cleaning supervisor is responsible for formulating and organizing the implementation of the daily cleaning work plan, and evaluating each post.
3.3 The cleaner is responsible for the daily cleaning within the scope of this post and the implementation of this specification.
3.4 The Total Quality Management Office is responsible for inspecting and supervising the daily cleaning work.
4.0 Work content
4. 1 Indoor cleaning
4. 1. 1 lobby cleaning
4. 1. 1. 1 It is scheduled to clean the lobby once every morning before 8:00 a.m. and in the afternoon before 16:00 a.m., and patrol and clean at other times to clear up garbage and sundries in time;

4. 1.3 roof, canopy cleaning and platform of the house
4. 1.3. 1 Prepare tools such as ladders, woven bags, brooms, garbage shovels, safety belts and helmets;

4. Maintenance method of1.11.5 crystal plane treatment:
A, polishing and grinding K2 crystal solution with a machine and a No.2 copper wire pad every day until the crystal solution is dry;
It depends on the brightness of the stone surface. If the luminosity is not enough, it can be polished with K2 and K3.
4. 1. 1 1.6 Renovation:

4.2.2 Cleaning of duty room and sentry box

Fountain cleaning
4.2.8. 1 Peacetime maintenance: ground cleaners use fishing nets to salvage and clean the floating objects on the fountain surface every day.

4.7 Standard Operating Procedures for Machines and Tools
Floor wiper
The floor wiper is mainly used for hard floor cleaning or floor polishing, and it is one of the indispensable cleaning equipment in buildings. There are single-chip and multi-chip types.

vacuum cleaner

Operating rules

4.7.2.3 maintenance work

Water absorber
Water suction machine is specially used to remove stagnant water, including disposable water suction machine and vacuum water suction machine, and its construction principle is the same as that of vacuum cleaner.
Operating rules
A. connect the hose to the fuselage and plug in the 220v power supply;
B. Use a suction scraper with soft glue when sucking the floor, and use an iron scraper to absorb water when sucking the carpet;
C. if the pump is full of water, it will make different sounds.
Matters needing attention in 4.7.3.2
A. Before using the water absorber, check whether the machine is full of water;
B. After using the water absorber, pour out the sewage, clean it with clean water, and then wipe it with a dry cloth;
C. If the machine inhales acid cleaner, please clean it immediately after use to avoid rust.
4.7.3.3 maintenance work
A. After using the machine, cut off the power supply, remove the hose and handle, then wind the power cord and hang it on the nose shell;
B. The filter in the water absorber should be disassembled and cleaned;

4.7.4 High speed grinding machine
High-speed polishing machine is specially used for floor polishing, and its construction principle is the same as that of floor wiper. High-speed polishing machine makes the brush plate and the ground rub softly through high-speed rotation, achieving the effect of polishing machine, which is suitable for polishing flat and hard floors such as marble, granite and wood.
4.7.4. 1 operating rules
A. Before polishing, wipe off the waste on the flat surface, and wet wipe off the sand and gravel;
B. Check whether the polishing brush is clean and needs to be replaced;
C. Check whether the control device for adjusting the machine speed is in the normal machine speed position;
D. Turn on the power supply, and the operation should start from the nearest power socket. The walking route should be straight, and the ground polished at the back should overlap the ground polished at the front.
Matters needing attention in 4.7.4.2
A. Don't drive too fast during working hours to avoid collision;
B. Do not clean the floor with flammable liquid or operate the machine in explosive air;
C. When operating the machine, don't lift the machine, which will lead to the machine losing control;
D the machine must be kept indoors to avoid getting wet by rain and snow, and never spray any liquid on the machine;
E. Don't press anything on the machine, because it has precise balance;
F the grounding wire must be connected to the switch box and the motor, and the wrong connection will lead to electric shock.
4.7.4.3 maintenance work
Clean the surface of the machine with a clean cloth after each use, and polish it with an unused cloth when not in use.
B. Put the gasket under the transmission plate and disconnect the machine;
C. check whether the vent hole on the motor cover is clear. If there is a lot of dust, you must remove the motor housing and use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust.
hair dryer
Hair dryer, also known as hair dryer, is mainly used for carpet cleaning and drying or floor waxing.
Operating rules
A. First, remove all the furniture in the room and lift a corner of the carpet;
B. Adjust the position of the air outlet towards the carpet or floor to ensure that the built-in net cover is not sealed;

Matters needing attention in 4.7.5.2
A. Don't operate the machine in water;
B. Do not operate the machine when the grille and net cover of the machine are damaged;
C. Don't insert anything outside the machine;
D. All parts of the human body and clothes leave the open exterior and the operating part of the fuselage;
E. someone must be present when the machine starts. When the machine is not in use, the power supply must be cut off. You must turn off the machine first and then unplug it.
F don't operate the machine in a flammable and explosive environment.
4.7.5.3 maintenance. Regularly lubricate the bearings and clean the built-in net cover and air outlet grille;
4.7.6 High pressure water gun
High-pressure water guns are mainly used to clean exterior walls, glass, square floors, cars, plastic carpets and so on. The high-pressure water gun is pressurized by the motor, so that the water gun sprays high-pressure water and cleans the surface of the object.
Operating rules
A. connect the water pipe to the fuselage, then connect the water pipe to the faucet and plug in the 220v power supply;
B. start the power switch of the fuselage;
C. rinse the planned place;
4.7.6.2, watch the rules.
A) Check whether the machine and water pipes are damaged before use;
B) After use, the water in the water pipe must be drained.
4.8 Record filling
4.8. 1 Arrange important tasks, and the cleaning supervisor shall fill in the Cleaner Post Arrangement Form;
4.8.2 After each stone maintenance, the person in charge of the post shall fill in the Stone Maintenance Record Form;
4.8.3 After cleaning the toilet every time, the post needs to fill in the toilet cleaning record;
4.8.4 Disinfection shall be completed by the cleaning personnel designated by the cleaning supervisor.
4.8.5 Each post shall fill in the Quality Record of Garbage Removal Service.
4.8.6 The cleaning supervisor shall supervise aerial work on site and fill in the Aerial Work Record Checklist.
4.9 inspection
4.9. 1 The cleaning supervisor shall check the cleaning work at least twice a day and fill in the Daily Cleaning Work Record Checklist;
4.9.2 The department manager shall check the cleaning and hygiene work at least twice a month and fill in the monthly cleaning and hygiene work checklist;
4.9.3 After each disinfection, the supervisor of the Ministry of Environment and Health shall make an inspection and fill it in the Disinfection Work Record Checklist.
