There are century-old shops in Changsha: Li Hesheng Li Hesheng is a well-known Hui restaurant in Changsha, which was founded in the 11th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1885). Yuloudong Yuloudong Restaurant is a state-owned sophomore catering enterprise, the only national super-class restaurant in Hunan Province, and also a century-old famous store named Liu Defang Tangyuan, which enjoys a long reputation in Sanxiang. Founded by Miluo Gan Changlin in the 9th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1883), Deyuan Steamed Bun in Yaowang Street is called "Deyuan" by Changsha people when it comes to steamed buns. Deyuan was founded in the Fire Palace in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty. The Fire Palace Restaurant located in Pozi Street of Changsha City is a well-known "China Time-honored Brand" enterprise at home and abroad. It is known as the source of Hunan snacks and the main representative of Hunan cuisine, and has a far-reaching historical origin. Fire Palace used to be a temple dedicated to Vulcan, also known as "Ganyuan Palace", which was built in 2112 (AD 1747) in Qing Qianlong. Yang Yuxing Yang Yuxing Noodle Restaurant is a century-old shop famous for noodle soup and rice noodles, which has been established for more than a hundred years. In the 21th year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty (1893), Yang Xintian opened a rice noodle restaurant in Sanxing Street, Changsha City, and was named Yang Yuxing. In the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), Hutchison Rice Noodle House opened Shuang Yan Wonton Store in 1929. In 1925, Yanyan Wonton Store was opened at the south gate, and it was renamed Shuang Yan Wonton Store in 1944.
