Product composition

The main injection materials of Xing Junyimei plastic tray are: PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), PC (polycarbonate), PEI (polyether) and so on. Among them, PP (polypropylene) is hard in texture, good in cold resistance, high in chemical stability, resistant to acid and alkali and organic solvents, non-toxic and tasteless; PE (polyethylene) is a nonpolar thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity, good heat and cold resistance, stable chemical properties, high rigidity and toughness, and good mechanical strength. Application mode

The correct use of plastic pallets should be to package the goods stacked on the pallets with proper bundling and parcels, which is convenient for mechanical handling and transportation to meet the requirements of handling, transportation and storage.

I. Bearing weight of plastic tray:

The bearing capacity of a single plastic pallet depends on the use environment of the plastic pallet, meeting the requirements of dynamic load, static load and shelf load, and whether it is necessary to build steel pipes to increase the bearing capacity. In order to ensure the safety during transportation, the height of the center of gravity of the goods should not exceed two-thirds of the width of the pallet.

Second, the plastic tray pattern:

According to the types of goods, the quality of the goods on the pallet and the size of the pallet, the stacking mode of the goods on the pallet is reasonably determined. In general, the utilization rate of pallet bearing area should not be less than 80%. The stacking of pallet goods has the following requirements:

1, wooden, paper and metal containers and other rigid rectangular goods are stacked in a single layer or multi-layer staggered way, and packed with stretched or shrunk films.

2. Paper or fiber goods are stacked in a single layer and sealed with tie straps.

3. Cylindrical goods, such as sealed metal containers, are stacked in one or more layers and reinforced with wooden cargo covers.

4. Paper products and textiles that need moisture-proof and waterproof protection are stacked in a single-layer or multi-layer staggered way, and corner braces are added to the goods packed with stretched or shrunk films, and the goods are covered with reinforcing structures such as partitions.

5. Fragile goods are stacked in one direction or in multiple layers, and wooden support partition structure is added.

6. Cylindrical containers such as metal bottles or goods are stacked vertically in a single layer, and the goods frame and batten reinforcement structure are added.

7. Multi-layer staggered compaction and stacking of bags and goods.

Third, the protection and reinforcement of the cargo:

If the goods carried by the plastic pallet cannot meet the transportation requirements after being fixed, protective and reinforcing accessories should be selected as needed. The reinforcement and protection accessories are made of paper, wood, plastic, metal or other materials.

The goods carried by pallets are mainly fixed by binding, gluing and stretching, and can be used together.

Service conditions and service life

Matters needing attention

1, the plastic pallet must be used on the shelf! According to the weight of the goods themselves, increase the number of steel pipes, and overload is strictly prohibited.

2. Plastic trays should be protected from sun exposure to avoid aging and shorten service life.

3. It is forbidden to throw the items in the plastic tray from a height.

7. Reasonably determine the stacking mode of goods in plastic pallets. Goods should be placed evenly, not centered or eccentric. Plastic pallets bearing heavy objects should be placed on a flat ground or object surface.

8. When the forklift or manual hydraulic truck is working, the prongs should be inclined to the outside of the fork hole of the plastic tray as far as possible, and all the prongs should extend into the plastic tray, and the angle can only be changed after the tray is lifted smoothly. Forks should not touch the side of the tray to avoid damage and breakage of the tray. Fork feed depth ≥2000px, and fork feed speed ≤ 2 km/h.

9. Plastic pallets with built-in steel pipes should be used in a dry environment to avoid the risk of corrosion of steel pipes.

10, the plastic tray should be used at room temperature, and the working temperature should be ≥-30℃ and ≤60℃.
